★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O entendimento de uma mulher clara, estatura"forte" no balcão me fez esperar quase 10 min. Com ela foi pecimo o entendimento é entender o que eu queria, na mesma hora foi ao mercado e comprei mais caro e mais eficiente. Outra vez que fui lá eu fui atendido por um homem foi melhor um pouco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá hoje. no dia 02/02/22 e o rapaz q me atendeu o tempo todo q me atendia mexia no celular. Na hora de passar as compras errou cobrou a menos e tive q passar o cartão duas vezes, ai falei c ele q quem atende o cliente mexendo no celular erra mesmo e ele nem desculpa pediu.

Vou explicar por Aki fiz o pedido até então tudo certo. Após alguns minutos a moça me informa que não vai entregar pq tem uma big perto de onde eu pedi até aí tudo bem mais o problema e que a big perto de mim não tem o produto que eu queria . Enfim a moça que não sei o nome só me falou que não ia entregar .
Não recomendo atendimento péssimo tbem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e opções de produtos alcoólicos. No centro é possivel encontrar mais barato, mas essa distribuidora não fica muito atrás em relação ao preço. Eles entregam se o valor mínimo for pedido. A variedade de vinhos é grande, assim como de as de cachaças e vodkas. Também tem refrigerante, mas não achei o valor tão em conta. Caso queira sucos, não há tanta opção. Tem água.

Após 50 min ( após o período máximoprevisto) liguei para a distribuidora que me informou que não tinham gelo, porém, não haviam cancelado o pedido.
Falta de respeito enorme com o cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja fica bem localizada e tem estacionamento próprio facilitando na hora da compra. Tem uma boa quantidade de produtos com preços variados, acho os preços normais comparados aos outros lugares.
O atendimento pode melhorar muito, chegamos na loja e ficamos plantados esperando ser atendidos até que chamamos uma vendedora. Depois uma confusão pois não sabiam os preços, as marcas ou se tinha mercador em estoque.
