★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu 1º contato com a empresa foi o pior possível. Entrei no site e vi que tinha contato pelo whatsapp, o que facilita o contato e os registros. Dei boa tarde e mandei as mensagens e perguntas sobre o serviço, informei CEP para cálculo do frete. A pessoa, ao me responder, sem dar ao menos boa tarde e se apresentar, me respondeu perguntando qual o meu bairro. Perguntei com quem eu estava falando e ele me respondeu Julio e fez a mesma pergunta. Eu disse que já havia informado meu CEP no início da conversa e achei muito estranho aquela abordagem inicial de uma empresa, o que parecia que eu estava conversando com um amigo ou um vizinho e não um profissional com um consumidor. Enfim, se a abordagem inicial foi assim, eu desisti de qualquer negócio por receio de claros problemas no restante dos serviços. Uma lástima.
My 1st contact with the company was the worst possible. I went to the site and saw that I had contact via whatsapp, which makes contact and records easier. I said good afternoon and sent messages and questions about the service, I informed the zip code for freight calculation. The person, when answering me, without even saying good afternoon and introducing himself, answered me by asking my neighborhood. I asked who I was talking to and he answered Julio and asked the same question. I said that I had already informed my zip code at the beginning of the conversation and I found that initial approach of a company very strange, which seemed like I was talking to a friend or neighbor and not a professional with a consumer. Anyway, if the initial approach was like that, I gave up on any business for fear of clear problems in the rest of the services. A shame.

Havia comprado o Chopp Albânos, mas 1 dia antes o Júlio me ligou e explicou que a fábrica não havia entregue o de 30 litros, que era o meu pedido. Mas ao invés de querer me empurrar o de 50 litros, como já aconteceu em outros lugares, foi pedido desculpa e sugerido o da krug. Que foi aceita a troca por mim e na minha opinião também de boa qualidade.
Very good experience. The draft beer was delivered at the agreed time and picked up without any problems. The service is very personalized. I had bought Chopp Albânos, but 1 day before, Júlio called me and explained that the factory had not delivered the 30 liter bottle, which was my request. But instead of wanting to push me the 50 liter one, as has happened in other places, they apologized and suggested the krug one. That the exchange was accepted by me and in my opinion also of good quality.
