★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de fazer um pedido que foi entregue primeiramente no endereço errado. Ao ligarmos, mudamos o endereço do cadastro, mas na hora da entrega foi para o endereço errado. Conclusão: a esfirrau chegou fria e ainda levamos a culpa pelo erro. Caiu completamento no meu conceito.
I just placed an order that was first delivered to the wrong address. When we called, we changed the registration address, but at the time of delivery it went to the wrong address. Conclusion: the esfirrau arrived cold and we are still blamed for the mistake. It fell completely on my concept.

BAD!! MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO DELIVER AN IFOOD ORDER, AS I LIVE 700M, I CALLED 4 TIMES TO TRY TO RESOLVE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE MOTOBOY WAS!! IN BRIEF, THEY DID NOT DELIVER ANYTHING…TOTALLY UNPREPARED PEOPLE!!

People complain about the establishment and deliveries but I see no basis in the comment. I've been a customer for 9 years and it's never been so good to remain a customer I give 5 stars but it's worth 10. Clean establishment, polite attendants, delivery on time. All the best.com
