★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , pedi um beirute e veio frio e com gosto de azedo , atendente mal educada , ja tinha pedido algumas coisas lá , tive compreensão , más agora vi que esse lugar não tem jeito ..nota zero se pudesse dar essa nota. Zero estrelas como diz paulinho gogo ..ah e a atendente ainda debochou da minha cara quando perguntei se daria pra trocar três esfihas por um refrigerante e me cobrou cinco reais a mais sendo qe a diferença era de 1 real ...
 Poor service, I asked for a beirut and it came cold and with a sour taste, rude attendant, I had already asked for some things there, I had understanding, but now I saw that this place has no way ... zero score if I could give that grade. Zero stars as paulinho gogo says ..ah and the attendant still mocked my face when i asked if i could exchange three esfihas for a soft drink and charged me five reais more and the difference was 1 reais ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As últimas 4 vezes que fiz pedido de esfiha veio sabor errado e também faltando esfiha, ou então vem faltando o refrigerante.
Todas as vezes tive muita paciência e deixei pra lá, mas chegou ao limite, errar uma vez tudo bem, mas sempre fica difícil.
O atendimento é péssimo, é muita falta de atenção e profissionalismo.
Não recomendo e nunca mais peço.
Só vou dar uma estrela pq não tem como deixar sem nenhuma. PÉSSIMOS.
The last 4 times I ordered esfiha came with the wrong flavor and also missing esfiha, or else the soda is missing.
Every time I had a lot of patience and let it go, but it reached the limit, making a mistake once is okay, but it always gets difficult.
The service is terrible, there is a lack of attention and professionalism.
I do not recommend and never ask again.
I'm just going to give it a star because there is no way to leave it without any. TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa de pouco profissionalismo, fiz um pedido e após uma hora, se não tivesse chamado novamente no zap não teria uma posição. Sem contar que suas respostas demoravam uns 2m e vc esperando. Após uma hora que fiz o pedido eles informaram que estava saindo de lá e após mais uma hora veio chegar ém casa. Pergunto vc faz o pedido pq está com fome e ainda tem que esperar por duas horas??? Ao vc escuta um "me desculpa e tudo está resolvido" como sempre a desculpa e da pandemia. Nao quero privilégios, mas se sujeita a abrir uma empresa, respeita seu pública, coloque mais gente, seja justo, o problema que a desculpa sempre é da pandemia e as pessoas não querem se adequar ao sistema. Contrate mais pessoas e agradeça por poder está no mercado.
An unprofessional company, I placed an order and after an hour, if I hadn't called zap again, I wouldn't have a position. Not to mention that your answers took about 2m and you were waiting. After an hour I made the request they informed me that I was leaving and after another hour came to get home. I ask you make the request because you are hungry and still have to wait for two hours ??? When you hear an "I'm sorry and everything is resolved" as always the excuse and the pandemic. I don't want privileges, but if you subject yourself to open a company, respect your public, put more people, be fair, the problem that the excuse is always the pandemic and people don't want to adapt to the system. Hire more people and thank them for being in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas e esfihas são muito gostosas, porém demora demais a entrega que já levou de 1 hora chegando até a 1 hora e meia de espera.As vzs até queremos pedir mas acabamos desistindo por conta disso, já reclamamos, mas eles sempre pedem desculpas. Não é só pedir desculpas e sim resolver o problema. Jogam sempre a culpa pros funcionários e os proprietários nunca dão a cara pra conversar e tentar resolver isso. É uma pena, de vdd, pois como já disse as coisas são bem gostosas!!!
Espero que resolvam isso pois devem perder muitos clientes e inclusive os próprios motoboys quem nos vem entregar dizem que de fato o povo tem reclamado muito disso.
The pizzas and esfihas are very delicious, but the delivery takes too long, which has taken from 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. It's not just apologizing, it's solving the problem. They always blame the employees and the owners never show up to talk and try to solve it. It's a shame, really, because as I said things are very tasty!!!
I hope they solve this because they must lose many customers and even the motoboys who come to deliver to us say that in fact the people have been complaining a lot about this.
