terrible were better, terrible service, the guy telling gnt to shut up and everything else, hair in the esfiha, filthy bathroom, the esfiha was made without gloves you could see through the door, child inside, terrible. never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos esfiha pra viagem foi faltando esfiha.....e quando meu filho ligou, a moça que atendeu ainda teve a cara de pau de perguntar se tinha cido lá mesmo....e mesmo o erro sendo deles tivemos que nos comprometer a pagar a taxa do motoboy e depois de 1 hora de espera pelas esfiha tiveram a coragem de mandar em um papel de frios
We ordered esfiha for the trip and the esfiha was missing.....and when my son called, the girl who answered still had the nerve to ask if he had gone there....and even though it was their mistake, we had to commit to pay the motoboy fee and after 1 hour of waiting for the esfiha they had the courage to send it in a cold paper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrivel, mulher fez a esfiha SEM luva, criança dentro da cozinha enquanto faziam as esfihas(batendo na porta), atendente GROSSEIRO, mandou eu e meus colegas calarem a boca para ele falar, disse que odiava a gente só por termos pedido suco de laranja e ele reclamar por não querer fazer, tudo péssimo. Pelo na esfiha, atendente derrubou a esfiha da minha colega e NÃO trocou!!!!! PÉSSIMO!!!! NUNCA MAIS VOLTO!!!!!!
Horrible service, woman made the esfiha WITHOUT gloves, child inside the kitchen while they were making the esfihas (knocking on the door), ROUGH attendant, told me and my colleagues to shut up so he could talk, said he hated us just for asking for juice orange and he complains about not wanting to do it, all bad. Hair in esfiha, attendant dropped my colleague's esfiha and did NOT change it!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 3 vezes nesse local pelo Ifood e sempre vem faltando itens, a primeira vez bateram o pé dizendo que foi a proprietária que embalou o pedido e estava certo, mas não estava , na segunda vez disseram que o motoboy tinha comido no caminho e por isso veio faltando esfiha e agora na terceira vez faltando duas esfiha novamente disseram que iam me entregar, estou até agora esperando.... Péssimo atendimento, não assumem seus erros, não respeitam o cliente, falam que vão entregar e não entregaram , não indico mais para ninguém e não compro mais nada nessa espelunca.
I ordered 3 times at this place for Ifood and items are always missing, the first time they put their foot down saying that it was the owner who packed the order and it was right, but it wasn't, the second time they said the motoboy had eaten on the way and that's why esfiha was missing and now the third time missing two esfihas again they said they would deliver it to me, I'm still waiting.... Terrible service, they don't admit their mistakes, they don't respect the customer, they say they will deliver and they didn't, I don't recommend anymore to anyone and I won't buy anything else in this joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar PÉSSIMO, estou dando uma estrela porque não dá para dar ZERO! Fiz um pedido dia 01/04 as 23:30, minutos depois o restaurante mandou mensagem pedindo para cancelar e refazer pois faltava um item. Logo após isso o motoboy mandou mensagem falando que o restaurante não queria entregar o pedido, enquanto o restaurante nos informou que SEMPRE tem problema com o motoboy e que o mesmo rouba os pedidos do local. Não consegui cancelar o pedido pois o motoboy já havia dado a partida no app, e ao ligar no restaurante UMA HORA DEPOIS descobri que meu pedido ainda nem havia começado a ser produzido!!! O problema é que no momento em que o pedido é feito no app já é debitado no cartão.
Ao ligar no restaurante nos informaram que nos falaram que “faltava um item” pois não “pegava bem” falar que o problema era com o motoboy, ou seja, ZERO transparência com o cliente.
Trabalho público, sei como essas coisas são complicadas e como imprevistos acontecem, porém o que pegou é o TOTAL DESPREPARO do local e a falta de responsabilidade com o cliente!
Péssima experiência, NUNCA MAIS peço nada nesse lugar!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE place, I'm giving it one star because I can't give ZERO! I placed an order on 01/04 at 23:30, minutes later the restaurant sent a message asking to cancel and redo because one item was missing. Shortly after that, the motoboy sent a message saying that the restaurant did not want to deliver the order, while the restaurant informed us that they ALWAYS have a problem with the motoboy and that he steals orders from the place. I couldn't cancel the order because the motoboy had already started the app, and when I called the restaurant ONE HOUR LATER I discovered that my order hadn't even started to be produced yet!!! The problem is that when the order is placed in the app, the card is already debited.
When calling the restaurant, they informed us that they told us that “an item was missing” because it did not “take well” to say that the problem was with the motoboy, that is, ZERO transparency with the customer.
Public work, I know how complicated these things are and how unforeseen things happen, but what caught on is the TOTAL UNPREPAREDNESS of the place and the lack of responsibility with the customer!
Terrible experience, I will NEVER order anything from this place again!!!!!!!

Total descaso com o cliente, realizei um pedido pelo ifood no dia 01/04/2022, recebi uma notificação do restaurante informando que havia um problema com o pedido e seria necessário eu refazê-lo, perguntei o motivo, e falaram que faltava um item, não souberam explicar, depois me informaram que o motoboy que faria minha entrega roubava os pedidos e etc, questionei sobre mesmo assim continuarem confiando a entrega ao mesmo motoboy. Logo após fui notificado que o motoboy estava a caminho da minha residência, aguardei, assim que chegou ele mostrou a mochila de pedidos vazia e pediu para entrar em contato com o restaurante.
Liguei para o restaurante e eles explicaram a situação do motoboy, porém eu não estou preocupado em o que vão fazer ou não com ele, eu queria saber apenas sobre meu pedido, sendo que o valor ja descontou do meu cartão.
Não recomendo pra ninguém esse restaurante!

Soon after I was notified that the motoboy was on his way to my residence, I waited, as soon as he arrived he showed the empty order bag and asked to contact the restaurant.
I called the restaurant and they explained the motoboy's situation, but I'm not worried about what they will or won't do with him, I just wanted to know about my order, since the amount has already been deducted from my card.
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pior estabelecimento que eu já fui atendido, não dá para dar 0 estrelas por isso estou dando 1 estrela só. Fiz meu pedido às 20h55 +ou- do dia 05/03/2022 as 21h05 o motoboy já estava esperando meu pedido, as 21h40 recebi mensagem da lanchonete que tinha acabado o pão de beirute e se eu podia trocar por outra coisa, eu fiquei bravo mais troquei por 3 lanches que davam o Valor do beirute e fiquei aguardando, as 22h15 recebi uma mensagem do motoboy que já era outro por sinal falando que estava indo até minha casa porque o pessoal da lanchonete não queria entregar meu pedido e que ele iria mostrar o video deles falando que não iria entregar meu pedido, chegando em casa o motoboy pediu o numero do pedido e eu falei e dai ele deu baixa no pedido como se tivesse entregado e pediu para eu ligar na lanchonete que eles iriam me explicar o porque de não entregar meu pedido eu tentei ligar e ninguém me atendeu, eu peguei meu carro e fui até lá , chegando lá a moça do caixa falou um montão de coisas do motoboy, eu nem quis nem saber, só pedi meus lanches, ela disse que iria fazer ainda e eu com minha paciência já no limite fiquei aguardando e depois de 10 minutos esperando, ela veio falar que também não tinha hamburger, eu pedi para cancelar meu pedido e ela disse que não podia que eu tinha que ver com minha operadora ou o ifood.
Resumindo agora estou tentando recuperar meu dinheiro e nunca mais passo nem na frente desse lugar se eu puder.
Worst establishment I've ever been served, I can't give 0 stars so I'm only giving 1 star. I placed my order at 8:55 pm +or- on 03/05/2022 at 9:05 pm the motoboy was already waiting for my order, at 9:40 pm I received a message from the cafeteria that the beirut bread had run out and if I could exchange it for something else, I got angry but I exchanged it for 3 snacks that gave the value of beirut and I was waiting, at 10:15 pm I received a message from the motoboy who was already another by the way saying that he was going to my house because the cafeteria staff did not want to deliver my order and that he would show the video of them saying that they would not deliver my order, arriving home the motoboy asked for the order number and I said and then he canceled the order as if it had been delivered and asked me to call the cafeteria and they would explain to me why I didn't deliver my order I tried to call and no one answered, I took my car and went there, when I got there the cashier said a lot of things about the motoboy, I didn't even want to know, I just asked for my snacks, she said she would go do still and I with me there's patience already at the limit I was waiting and after 10 minutes waiting, she came to say that she didn't have hamburger either, I asked to cancel my order and she said she couldn't because I had to do with my operator or ifood.
In short, now I'm trying to get my money back and I'll never step in front of this place again if I can.
