★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedi pizzas do La Ville e sempre gosto de pedir a pizza crocante que acompanha batata palha. Recentemente fiz dois pedidos nos quais a batata palha não acompanhou e fui comentar com a equipe da pizzaria o que vem acontecendo só para que nos próximos pedidos viesse certo e fui respondida da forma do print que vou colocar ai! Postura desnecessária. É direito meu que o produto venha corretamente como no cardápio.
I've always ordered pizzas from La Ville and I always like to order the crispy pizza with straw potatoes. I recently placed two orders in which the straw potato did not follow and I went to comment with the pizzeria staff what has been happening just so that the next orders would come right and I was answered in the form of the print I will put there! Posture unnecessary. It is my right that the product comes correctly as on the menu.

Tive um contratempo com a entrega e divergência no pedido... E ao entrar em contato para reclamar, fui atendida pela Anna e Amanda; fiquei surpresa com tamanha educação e prestatividade de ambas; ganharam mais um pouco comigo, pois se tem algo que está difícil hoje em dia, é o pós atendimento, e elas foram EXCEPICIONAL!!!
I've been a customer for years; they work with great quality products and the pizzas are delicious!!!
I had a mishap with the delivery and a divergence in the order... And when I got in touch to complain, I was attended by Anna and Amanda; I was surprised with such politeness and helpfulness of both; gained a little more with me, because if there's something that is difficult these days, it's after care, and they were EXCEPTIONAL!!!
