★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui inquilino deles a alguns anos atrás. Sai do imóvel não deixando nada que me desabone. Retornei a alguns anos depois, porém venho tendo serios problemas com a imobiliária. Casa cheia de problemas desde que entrei, já informei sobre a situação várias Vezes porém sem retorno. Honro com meus compromissos mensalmente com a imobiliária sem atrasos. Porem o descaso está complicado, a situação está ficando seria, estou com um quarto vazio não posso colocar nada porque quando chove entra água pela janela e escorre tudo pela parede do fundo. O banheiro sem torneira porque estava quebrada, vazamentos no banheiro, quando entrei na casa não possuia nem box no banheiro, mandei instalar um box não cobrei nada nem do proprietário nem da imobiliária administradora do imóvel, a gente procura zelar por onde moramos. Sei que são tantos problemas e só promessas. Se a administradora do imóvel tomar as providências necessárias para sanar essas e outras ocorrências e finalmente depois de tanto insistir der tudo certo, volto aqui para atualizar essa avaliação.
I was a tenant for them a few years ago. I left the property, leaving nothing to let me down. I returned a few years later, but I have been having serious problems with the real estate. House full of problems since I entered, I have already reported on the situation several times but with no return. I honor my monthly commitments to the real estate company without delay. However, neglect is complicated, the situation is getting serious, I have an empty room, I can't put anything because when it rains, water enters through the window and runs down the back wall. The bathroom without a faucet because it was broken, leaks in the bathroom, when I entered the house I didn't even have a bathroom stall, I had a shower box installed and I didn't cover anything either from the owner or from the real estate manager of the property, we try to watch over where we live. I know there are so many problems and only promises. If the property manager takes the necessary steps to remedy these and other occurrences and finally after insisting everything goes well, I will come back here to update this assessment.
