★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento essa lanchonete faz anos, local limpo, agradável, sempre sou bem atendido. Meu preferido são os salgados, com destaque para o Kibe frito, cigarrete de calabresa e a coxinha de massa de mandioca com recheio de carne seca.
Essa é sem dúvidas a melhor lanchonete do centro.
 I have been going to this cafeteria for years, a clean, pleasant place, I am always well attended. My favorites are the salty ones, with emphasis on the fried Kibe, pepperoni cigarrete and the manioc dough coxinha with dry meat filling.
This is without a doubt the best snack bar in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável, atendimento bom, bem limpo e organizado..eu amo tomar café lá pois tem um cardápio matinal bem variado, servem sucos, vitaminas, tapiocas, lanches, pão na chapa e o famoso cafezinho com leite. Super recomendo o lugar!!!
Nice place, good service, very clean and organized..I love having coffee there because it has a very varied morning menu, they serve juices, vitamins, tapioca, snacks, bread on the plate and the famous coffee with milk. Super recommend the place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tradição é passar no Big Mate para comer um delicioso salgado, de preferência um 'cigarrete' de 4 queijos, com um delicioso e gelado mate ao seu gosto, o meu pode ser com limão ou guaraná para dar energia. O atendimento é sempre atencioso, além de serem rápidos. Recomendo um passada despretenciosa para experimentar a cada semana um tipo de salgado e escolher o seu preferido, além de experimentar as deliciosas combinações de mate. Localizado bem em frente ao Metrô Anhangabaú, bem próximo ao Theatro Municipal, Prefeitura, Biblioteca Municipal Mário de Andrade e uma ampla região de comércio.
A tradition is to stop by the Big Mate to eat a delicious savory, preferably a 'cigarrete' of 4 cheeses, with a delicious and ice-cream mate to your liking, mine can be with lemon or guarana to give you energy. The service is always attentive, in addition to being fast. I recommend an unpretentious stopover to try a type of savory each week and choose your favorite, as well as try the delicious combinations of mate. Located right in front of the Anhangabaú Metro, very close to the Municipal Theater, City Hall, Mário de Andrade Municipal Library and a wide commercial region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, ainda dei 2 estrelas por conta do salgado que foi bom e do primeiro atendente que estava na porta que foi atencioso. No entanto paguei por um produto e me deram um vitamate horrível sem leite em pó, sendo que na descrição da placa do estabelecimento está mate vitamina com leite em pó e a fruta que escolher. Além disso o balconista foi super mal educado, sem feeling nenhum para lidar com cliente, perguntando se eu trabalhava com aquilo (querendo dizer que eu não sabia do que estava falando). A vontade de tomar o chá até passou, me levantei agradeci e fui embora. Não indico , chá ruim e atendimento péssimo. Joguei dinheiro fora.
Bad experience, I still gave 2 stars because of the salty which was good and the first attendant who was at the door who was attentive. However, I paid for a product and they gave me a horrible vitamate without powdered milk, and the description on the establishment's sign says vitamin mate with powdered milk and the fruit of your choice. In addition, the clerk was super rude, without any feeling to deal with customers, asking if I worked with that (meaning that I didn't know what I was talking about). The urge to drink tea even passed, I got up, thanked him and left. I don't recommend, bad tea and bad service. I threw money away.
