★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá há cinco meses, não recomendo. O tecido já desbotou, uma das catracas deu problema, não consegui assistência. Fui na loja cinco vezes solicitar avaliação do produto. Recebi visita do técnico, que não resolveu. Voltei na loja e conversei com o gerente, também não adiantou, pois até o presente momento não tive retorno.
I bought a sofa five months ago, I don't recommend it. The fabric has already faded, one of the turnstiles has a problem, I couldn't get assistance. I went to the store five times to ask for product evaluation. I received a visit from the technician, who did not resolve it. I went back to the store and talked to the manager, it didn't help either, because so far I haven't had a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho ouvido reclamações a respeitos de defeitos em móveis que não são resolvidos , e o engraçado é que eu vim aqui na Google pesquisar as avaliações pq estou precisando comprar um guarda roupa, e notei que o dono só responde as avaliações com cinco estrelas. As reclamações ele nem se dá ao trabalho de responder. Já tinha comprando móveis há 10 anos atrás e estão perfeitos, por isso estranhei as reclamações, mas devido as reclamações não respondidas vou comprar em outro lugar.
I have heard complaints about furniture defects that are not resolved, and the funny thing is that I came here on Google to search the reviews because I need to buy a wardrobe, and I noticed that the owner only responds to reviews with five stars. Complaints he doesn't even bother to answer. I had already bought furniture 10 years ago and they are perfect, so I was surprised by the complaints, but due to the unanswered complaints I will buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de móveis!!! Com 1 ano e 8 meses de uso o espelho desceu.. Cada ligação na loja uma coisa diferente, por fim hoje que a fábrica ligaria pra mim, sendo que foi na loja que comprei... Enfim não tem compromisso com cliente não. A 4 meses sem porta de guarda roupa!!! A própria assistência da loja admitiu o erro de fábrica, o gerente é um sem graça! Tenho criança pequena e eles estão como?! Nem aí!
Poor quality furniture!!! With 1 year and 8 months of use, the mirror went down..
