â â â â â Infelizmente a equipe de atendimento da loja Ă© despreparada, desde a primeira visita criaram mais problemas do que solucionaram. Pedem para entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp mas param de responder assim que o motivo do contato nĂŁo seja uma venda. Me venderam um plano, me entregaram outro e mesmo apĂłs trĂȘs visitas nĂŁo corrigiram a situação.
Unfortunately, the store's service team is unprepared, since the first visit they created more problems than they solved. They ask to get in touch via WhatsApp but stop responding as soon as the reason for the contact is not a sale. They sold me a plan, gave me another one and even after three visits they didn't correct the situation.

Eles vieram instalar uma internet no vizinho e desinstalaram tudo que Agnt tinha. E NUNCA MAIS VOLTARAM pra arrumar. AlĂ©m disso. Ficamos sabendo que isso Ă© prĂĄtica da Vivo em Lavras. Ou seja. NĂO CHAMEM A VIVO PRA INSTALAR NADA. ELES VĂO ACABAR COM AS INTALACOES DE VOCĂS.
People don't do anything with Vivo. They come to your house to install one product and uninstall ALL the others you have. We had cable TV and a phone from another company. They came to install an internet on the neighbor and uninstalled everything Agnt had. AND THEY NEVER COME BACK to fix it. Furthermore. We learned that this is Vivo's practice in Lavras. I.e. DO NOT CALL LIVE TO INSTALL ANYTHING. THEY WILL END YOUR INSTALLATIONS.
