★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento de instalação do farol led no meu novo onix e teve uma das lojas que me disse que precisaria, inclusive, retirar o para-choque do carro para instalação das lâmpadas(meu carro quase zero, gelei...), além do preço super abusivo. Enfim, me indicaram a Big Tala, fui lá e não foi preciso fazer nenhuma retirada do para-choque. Foram instaladas as lâmpadas, os técnicos são super educados e super profissionais, além da supervisão do dono da loja, além de ter ficado um serviço nota 10. Abç!
 I made a budget for installing the led headlight on my new onix and had one of the stores that told me that I would even need to remove the bumper from the car to install the lamps (my car almost zero, I froze ...), in addition to super abusive price. Anyway, I was referred to Big Tala, I went there and there was no need to remove the bumper. The lamps were installed, the technicians are super polite and super professional, in addition to the supervision of the store owner, in addition to having a service of note 10. Abç!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja q recomendo muito. Faço qq serviço q seja da área deles. Profissionais atenciosos e corretos. Só tem uma estrela tirada pq a recepção (senhora q trabalha a um bom tempo na casa) tem q estar de bom humor no dia senão......atrapalha todo andamento.
Q store I highly recommend. I do qq service that is from their area. Attentive and correct professionals. There's only one star taken away because the reception (lady who works for a long time at the house) has to be in a good mood during the day otherwise......it gets in the way.

Você chega pra fazer um orçamento o funcionário cria todo um cenário de dificuldades pra valorizar um serviço ridículo de ser feito e ainda te cobra R$ 20,00 apenas por ter enroscado um fio no outro e passar uma fita isolante sem vergonha e chama isso de instalação de alto falante. Lamentável constatar que essa loja se propõe a ganhar dinheiro a qualquer custo. Se você gosta de ser enrolado e pagar caro em um serviço ridículo de ser feito você está no lugar certo.
Disappointing !! You arrive to make a budget, the employee creates a whole scenario of difficulties to value a ridiculous service to be done and still charges you R $ 20.00 just for having threaded one wire over the other and passing an unashamed electrical tape and calls it speaker installation. It is unfortunate to see that this store proposes to make money at any cost. If you like being rolled up and paying dearly for a ridiculous job to be done you are in the right place.

Aproveitei e fiz o polimento dos faróis também e o carro ficou com aspecto de novo. Podem procurar o Thiago ou Geovani. São ótimos profissionais e o preço foi muito justo com possibilidade de parcelamento e garantia de 6 meses do serviço feito. Recomendo!
The assistance for the budget was very well done by Chiquinho himself (owner of the company). The radio and reverse camera installation service was rated 10. I took advantage and polished the headlights too and the car looked new again. You can look for Thiago or Geovani. They are great professionals and the price was very fair with the possibility of payment in installments and a 6-month warranty on the service provided. I recommend!

So far, it's been good. However, it should improve even more with the adaptations that, I hope, will be made in the equipment that was installed in the vehicle I own, in addition to another service that I intend to be done on this car by the company next week.
