★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade do Jaguaré por volta de 20:30 no domingo e só tinha delivery fiz o pedido pelo App e levei pra comer em casa e os dois lanches que pedi veio diferentes tinha pago acréscimo pra acrescentar picles e nem isso veio eu esperava mais do lugar fiquei super decepcionada .

Negativo : pedi 4 lanches e uma batata as 21h00 e no app estava dizendo que a entrega era de no máximo 1h15 , pois bem quando deu 22h40 liguei perguntei do lanche e a moça de sligou na minha cara. Retornei 3 vezes e desligavam, na quarta vez em um número diferente atenderam , informei novamente meu pedido e a moça falou que já estava saindo 22h50. Quando deu 23h10 liguei novamente e ela falou que ligaria para localizar o motoboy e desligou as 23h15 ele chegou , paguei e quando minha família abriu o lanche estava gelado , batata gelada. Enfim a minha experiência delivery foi horrível, só quiser comer lanche lá compensa mais ir buscar .

Negative: I ordered 4 snacks and a potato at 9:00 pm and on the app it was saying that delivery was at most 1:15 am, because when it was 10:40 pm I called and asked about the snack and the girl hung up on me. I called back 3 times and they hung up, the fourth time at a different number they answered, I informed my order again and the girl said it was already leaving at 10:50 pm. When it was 11:10 pm I called again and she said she would call to locate the motoboy and hung up at 11:15 pm he arrived, I paid and when my family opened the snack it was cold, cold potato. Anyway, my delivery experience was horrible, just wanting to eat a snack there is better to go get it.

E essa batata com essa forofinha de bacon e os molhos que a acompanham?! E o sabor dos lanches são super gostosos, bem suculetinhos! E as embalagens que preservam a temperatura do lanche e a mensagem super fofa, já virei fã! Peçam sem medo! ??
E sobre a entrega, chegou dentro do tempo estimado, sem atraso, então comigo foi tudo bem! ?
