Fizemos o distrato e até hoje estamos esperando o documento para assinarmos e recebermos o que pagamos em 12 X sem juros, até hoje não nos foi enviado, como disse a Sra. Cintia Cristina que enviaria e nos recebeu com arrogância. Péssimo atendimento. Péssimo , não cumpre o fala.
Terrible attendance. I don't recommend it to anyone. I repeat I don't recommend it to anyone.... even having paid my wife and I were poorly received. We made the cancellation and until today we are waiting for the document to sign and receive what we paid in 12 X without interest, until today it has not been sent to us, as Ms. Cintia Cristina said she would send and received us with arrogance. Terrible attendance. Terrible, doesn't do what it says.

Precisei cancelar a festa do meu filho por motivo de força maior (inclusive pandemia) e como se não fosse suficiente a empresa ficar com metade do valor, eles não querem pagar o restante.
Extremely irresponsible company.
I had to cancel my son's party due to force majeure (including a pandemic) and as if it wasn't enough for the company to keep half of the amount, they don't want to pay the rest.
