★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome da loja já diz o que ela é, padrão Euro. Ambiente calmo e aconchegante. Quem vai até a loja só encontra produto de qualidade. Se estiver com pressa para ir na loja eu a aconselho que nem vá, pois um dos produtos da loja é a qualidade no atendimento e correndo ninguém consegue fazer as coisas bem feitas.

Completo descaso com o cliente: os vendedores não respeitaram a ordem de chegada dos clientes; tive que aguardar mais de 1h sem ser atendido sendo que a loja estava praticamente vazia; quererem apenas empurrar os produtos, sem entender as necessidades do cliente; horários de funcionamento divulgados na própria loja estavam incorretos.
Serviço de Bike Fit arcaico, com equipamentos obsoletos e sem um relatório com as medidas recomendadas. O serviço aceita apenas pagamentos em dinheiro.
WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED IN LIFE !!! I don't understand how Specialized accepted to have them as an official reseller !!
Complete disregard for the customer: the salespeople did not respect the customers' order of arrival; I had to wait more than 1 hour without being served, as the store was practically empty; they just want to push the products, without understanding the customer's needs; opening hours published in the store itself were incorrect.
Archaic Bike Fit service, with obsolete equipment and without a report with the recommended measures. The service accepts cash payments only.
