★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, proprietário, mecânicos e vendedores se contradizem.
Levei uma gts simples para revisão o proprietário que atendeu e ao analisar a bike não identificou problemas e fez um orçamento de R$140( lavagem, alinhamento de roda e revisão de cubos e movimento central).
Após 4 dias fui retirar a bike a mesma estava do mesmo jeito que deixei, pois não anotaram o que era para fazer.
Ao explicar novamente para o mecânico o mesmo com um simples olhar identificou o eixo traseiro quebrado. Me passou um orçamento de R$ 40, logo cancelei a revisão e pedi a troca do eixo. ( segundo o mecânico esse eixo de catraca é normal quebrar ali msm)
No dia combinado da retirada a bike estava do msm jeito. Segundo o mecânico não foi possível achar um eixo compatível, detalhe é q eles tinham meu contato e não avisaram, fui atoa na oficina novamente.
Dois dias depois o mecanico me avisou que a bike estava pronta, mas tinha que alinhar a gancheira e regular o cambio, para evitar problemas concordei.
Conclusão, chego para retirar a bike R$ 180, detalhe que não fui avisado desse valor, segundo eles foi devido a usinagem no eixo.
Paguei e retirei a bike, após 1 mês e 200 km rodados o eixo entortou. Ao ligar na loja para ter uma posição o vendedor me informou que não é normal o eixo quebrar e o problema é na bike, mas um outro mecânico de outra oficina afirmou que a usinagem deixou o eixo fraco.
Falei com o vendedor que sou cliente a tempos da loja e que nica fui tratado assim e que isso me desmotivou a comprar uma bike na loja, o mesmo me retrucou falando que " Nem tem mais bike mesmo para vender"
Em fim resumindo: Proprietário não sabe nada de bike;
Mecânico atencioso e bom, porém não tem condições de trabalho;
Vendedor precisa melhorar o diálogo.

On the agreed day of the withdrawal, the bike was fine. According to the mechanic it was not possible to find a compatible axle, detail is that they had my contact and did not warn me, I went to the workshop again.
Two days later the mechanic told me that the bike was ready, but I had to align the hook and adjust the gearbox, to avoid problems I agreed.
Conclusion, I arrive to remove the bike R $ 180, detail that I was not advised of this amount, according to them was due to machining on the axle.
I paid and removed the bike, after 1 month and 200 km rotated the axle bent. When calling the store to have a position, the seller informed me that it is not normal for the shaft to break and the problem is with the bike, but another mechanic from another workshop said that the machining left the shaft weak.
I spoke with the seller that I am a customer at the time of the store and that I was treated like this and that this discouraged me from buying a bike at the store, he replied saying that "there is no more bike to sell"
In summary: Owner does not know anything about biking;
Attentive and good mechanic, but has no working conditions;
Salesman needs to improve the dialogue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha primeira visita a loja, fui muito bem atendido, todos foram muito atenciosos e apesar de ter outras lojas de bicicleta mais perto da minha casa, virei um cliente frequente e gosto muito de ir lá. Já comprei uma bike nova, peças e vestuário, fiz manutenção da bike (o pessoal da oficina são show!) e até fiz por duaz vez um Bike Fit com a Elaine (que na miinha opnião é a melhor bike fitter da região de Campinas!). Quem não conhece vale muito a pena conhecer a loja! =)

I already bought a new bike, parts and clothing, I did the bike maintenance (the workshop people are great!) And I even twice did a Bike Fit with Elaine (which in my opinion is the best bike fitter in the Campinas region! ). Those who do not know it are very worthwhile to know the store! =)

O gerente João foi muito técnico e objetivo com as possíveis causa do problema.
