★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Liguei para fazer um orçamento de algumas peças e no meio da ligação o atendente desligou, eu retornei no mesmo momento e não atenderam! Adicionei no número do whatsapp ai me falaram que a ligação caiu e na hora chegou um cliente, muita coincidência para a situação. Não acredito que tenha ocorrido de fato isso, pois até na voz do atendente percebi que estava fazendo meu orçamento de mal gosto.
Poor customer service. I called to make a quote for some parts and in the middle of the call the attendant hung up, I returned at the same time and they didn't answer! I added in the whatsapp number there they told me that the call dropped and at the time a client arrived, a lot of coincidence for the situation. I do not believe that this actually happened, because even in the voice of the attendant I realized that I was making my budget in bad taste.

Vou ser breve, levei minha bike pra fazer um serviço simples na segunda-feira, o prazo máximo para a troca das peças era de 4 dias, eles atrasaram duas vezes (na quinta e sexta) e só queriam entregar a bike na outra segunda (1 semana pra um serviço de 1h30). Eu perguntei se tinham as peças em loja e o vendedor MENTIU na minha cara, dizendo que tinham, mas que estavam trancadas em um depósito, o que era MENTIRA!
Sabe o pior? Além de mentir, cobrar super caro e atrasar 2x, eles queria me cobrar 30 reais porque “desenraiaram a roda”. Ao invés de tentarem resolver a burrada de forma profissional, agiram na má fé e tentaram me cobrar por um serviço porco. Eu só não paguei pq falei que ia ligar pra política.
No sábado fui lá pegar minha bike e eles me entregaram ela toda desmontada, como se fosse um lixo.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Procurem a Bike Norte, Bike Keneddy ou a TM Bike. São mais baratos, mais profissionais e educados.

Poor service and care. I should have put you on small claims, because of the embarrassment I went through! It is expensive, unprofessional and the service is shameful.
I'll be brief, I took my bike to do a simple service on Monday, the maximum deadline for changing parts was 4 days, they were late twice (on Thursday and Friday) and just wanted to deliver the bike on another Monday ( 1 week for a 1h30 service). I asked if they had the parts in store and the salesman LIE in my face, saying they did, but they were locked in a warehouse, which was LIE!
Do you know the worst? In addition to lying, charging super expensive and delaying 2x, they wanted to charge me 30 reais because they “untied the wheel”. Instead of trying to solve the donkey professionally, they acted in bad faith and tried to charge me for a pig service. I just didn't pay because I said I was going to call politics.
On Saturday I went there to get my bike and they handed it to me all dismantled, as if it were garbage.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Look for Bike Norte, Bike Keneddy or TM Bike. They are cheaper, more professional and educated.
