★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Suzano temos poucas opções de loja como essá, porém a variedade e qualidade dos itens fica a desejar pela falta de interesse dos vendedores no atendimento, talvez se você não tenha noção nenhuma de bicicletas vai ficar maravilhado, mas posso confidencializar que ja escutei por la que não existe pesinho de suporte de bicicleta em vendas de outros clientes, indução de venda de bike mtb 29 para uma senhora iniciante e por ai vai. Acredito que o crédito que o dono tenha na cidade fique a desejar nos atendimentos dos vendendores.
Agradeço o retorno encaminhado mas esclarecendo que pelo fato dos vendedores serem ciclista indiferem o seu trato com os clientes. Que é o ponto de minha avaliação
Tbm sou ciclista e não faço desrrespeito as pessoas nem indico produtos que mesmo de qualidade não são adequados a determinados praticantes.
Acredito que a rentabilidade do negócio é o ponto mais importante mas a equipe de profissionais vem na segunda linha e nisto a loja deixa a desejar na minha percepção e na de outros ciclistas com que comento sobre o atendimento.
In Suzano we have few store options like this one, but the variety and quality of the items is to be desired due to the lack of interest of the sellers in the service, maybe if you have no notion of bicycles, you will be amazed, but I can confide that I have already heard there. that there is no bicycle support weight in sales of other customers, induction of mtb 29 bike sales for a beginner lady and so on. I believe that the credit that the owner has in the city is to be desired in the services provided by sellers.
I appreciate the feedback sent but clarifying that because the sellers are cyclists, they indifferent their treatment with customers. Which is the point of my assessment
I'm also a cyclist and I don't disrespect people or indicate quality products that are not suitable for certain riders.
I believe that the profitability of the business is the most important point, but the team of professionals comes in the second line and in this the store leaves something to be desired in my perception and that of other cyclists with whom I comment on the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valores muito caro e os vendedores sem ânimo algum de vender ou explicar mais sobre os produtos, sou iniciante e não entendo muito entrei e sai da msm forma e sem falar que me contaram 90 reais por uma limpeza ,e a única coisa q estava suja era corrente e pneus.
Não índico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Demoraram uma eternidade para me atender, e quando chegou a minha vez, o atendente se negou a realizar o orçamento por conta da quantidade de peças. Fui na intenção de efetuar a compra das peças PARA DUAS BICICLETAS!!! mas como se recusaram em realizar o orçamento, não fiz a compra. Absurdo, descaso total. Um conselho que dou ao proprietário da loja: ou você demite todos os funcionários preguiçosos, inoperantes ou com o tempo, você será obrigado a fechar a loja por falta de clientela. Afinal, opinião em rede social conta, bem como o "boca a boca". Enfim, não recomendo. NOTA ZERO!
Terrible attendance. It took me forever to answer, and when it was my turn, the attendant refused to carry out the budget because of the number of pieces. I went with the intention to buy the parts FOR TWO BICYCLES !!! but since they refused to make the budget, I did not make the purchase. Absurd, total neglect. A piece of advice I give to the store owner: Either you fire all employees who are lazy, inoperative or over time, you will be forced to close the store for lack of customers. After all, opinion on social media counts, as well as "word of mouth". Anyway, do not recommend. ZERO NOTE!

Deixei para alinhar as rodas e revisar tudo, foi me passado o valor final ok.
Quando retirei a bicicleta, não estava alinhada e outros serviços que disseram que iria fazer, não foi feito, péssimo serviço, última vez que venho nesse local
Atendimento prestado com indiferença, tirando que foi dado desconto pra cliente que estava na minha frente, e quando pedi o desconto... " Não trabalhamos com desconto, sempre passamos o preço final"
Péssimo atendimento, já tinha ido outras vezes lá e tava montando minha bike aos poucos tudo com as peças e os serviços deles, porém a má vontade sempre existiu.

Service provided with indifference, except that a discount was given to the customer who was in front of me, and when I asked for the discount ... "We don't work with a discount, we always pass the final price"
Poor service, I had already been there before and was riding my bike little by little everything with their parts and services, but the ill will always existed.

Estive lá procurando alguma orientação - para comprar, gastar, modernizar minha bike, e não para caroçar -, mas a disposição do atendente é de chorar! Fala baixo, não explica, não tira dúvida, uma má vontade de matar. No fim das contas, saí com um suporte de guidão que não vai me servir para nada, porque meu garfo é 21.1mm, e o suporte é 22,1 mm, ou seja, prejuízo. Tem de tudo, menos boa vontade.
Beautiful store, organized, complete... but for experts. If you don't know how to ride a bike, look elsewhere. I was there looking for some guidance - to buy, spend, modernize my bike, and not to lump it in - but the attendant's willingness is to cry! He speaks softly, doesn't explain, doesn't remove doubts, an unwillingness to kill. In the end, I left with a handlebar support that won't do me any good, because my fork is 21.1mm, and the support is 22.1mm, that is, a loss. It has everything but goodwill.
