★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido nessa loja. E o preço da manutenção da bike, quase dava pra comprar outra. O prazo de entrega é mto longo. Levei a bike em outro lugar, não gastei quase nada e ela está melhor do que era antes.
I was very poorly attended in that store. And the price of bike maintenance, you could almost buy another one. The delivery time is very long. I took the bike elsewhere, I spent almost nothing and it is better than it was before.

Hoje, véspera de Natal, precisei de que fosse feito rosca em 1 dos escaixes do pedal de uma bicicleta que comprei para presentear minha sobrinha de 7 anos, determinada atendente de característica oriental me cobrou o valor de R$10,00 para executar o serviço no dia 04/01, tentei negociar o valor de R$50,00 para a execução do serviço ainda hoje, que inclusive é feito em menos de 5 minutos, visto que se trata de um presente de Natal, de forma grosseira recebi a seguinte resposta "não faremos hoje nem por R$1.000,00".
Com tudo o que expus anteriormente, venho deixar meu comentário quanto a este estabelecimento e aproveitar para indicar à gestão da bicicletária que invistam em conhecimentos de empreendedorismos (cursos, livros, vídeos aulas e podcasts).
Espero que entendam esse comentário como uma crítica construtiva de um possível cliente, sinto muito que minha sobrinha não receberá sua bicicleta na noite de Natal, mas espero de verdade que este estabelecimento cresça e atenda a demanda da região com a devida diligência.

Terrible attendance! Today, Christmas Eve, I needed to thread a 1 of the pedal sockets on a bicycle that I bought to give my 7-year-old niece a gift, a certain attendant with an oriental characteristic charged me R $ 10.00 to perform the service at 04/01, I tried to negotiate the amount of R $ 50.00 for the execution of the service today, which is even done in less than 5 minutes, since it is a Christmas gift, roughly I received the following answer " we won't do it today, even for R $ 1,000.00 ".
With all that I have previously explained, I come to leave my comment on this establishment and take the opportunity to indicate to the bike rack management that they invest in entrepreneurial knowledge (courses, books, videos, classes and podcasts).
I hope you understand this comment as a constructive criticism from a possible client, I am sorry that my niece will not receive her bicycle on Christmas Eve, but I really hope that this establishment will grow and meet the demand of the region with due diligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de péssima qualidade, levei minha bike nova pra trocarem o eixo com defeito e eles fizeram adaptações de modo irregular, famosa gambiarra. Depois de 20km rodados observei que o eixo estava entortando. Sem falar do atendimento, parece que estamos fazendo de graça o serviço.
Terrible service, I took my new bike to change the defective axle and they made adjustments in an irregular way, famous hack. After driving 20km I noticed that the axle was bending. Not to mention the service, it seems that we are doing the service for free.
