★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem ainda hoje reclamei disseram que está sendo preparado e agora atarde atualizaram dizendo que já foi entregue amanhã cedo estarei indo ao órgão competênte PROCON e estarei tomando todas medidas necessária .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enviaram a bicicleta em um modelo totalmente diferente do qual comprei, abri reclamação na empresa, fui informado que não vão realizar a troca, que assim que o produto retornar, vão me devolver o dinheiro. Porém, o anúncio da mercadoria continua no site. Quantos mais serão enganados?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, não comprem desta empresa. Comprei uma bicicleta vendida pela BikeR1 em 20/07/2021 com data prevista de entrega em 06/08/2021. Até hoje dia 27/08/2021 a empresa não fez a entrega. Se não quiser ter dor de cabeça, não compre nesta empresa.
Terrible service, don't buy from this company. I bought a bike sold by BikeR1 on 07/20/2021 with an expected delivery date of 08/06/2021. Until today, 08/27/2021 the company has not delivered. If you don't want to have a headache, don't buy from this company.

Comprei a bicicleta dia 16/01 e chegou no dia 02/02.
Andei uma semana e descobri que o quadro estava torto, entrei em contato para realizar a troca me enrolaram maior tempo, pediram um monte de orçamento para no final me enviaram outra bicicleta, quando chegou a nova bicicleta o manter veio de plástico, pé de vela de plástico, não veio com eixo de pressão, depois de andar 10 km o pedal caiu expansão!
Liguei novamente, mandei e-mail e eles enviaram as peças depois de 6 dias que entrei em contato, chegou hoje e veio todas as peças de plástico novamente.
Estou cansado de tanto trabalho para conseguir andar de bike, não é possível que tem tanta dificuldade de enviar uma coisa correta.
Não recomendo nunca vocês para ninguém.
São muito ruim, estou totalmente insatisfeito

I bought the bike on 01/16 and arrived on 02/02.
I walked for a week and found that the picture was crooked, I contacted him to make the exchange they took me longer, they asked for a lot of budget so in the end they sent me another bike, when the new bike arrived, keep it came plastic, candle holder plastic, did not come with pressure shaft, after walking 10 km the pedal fell expansion!
I called again, sent an email and they sent the parts after 6 days I got in touch, it arrived today and all the plastic parts came again.
I am tired of so much work to be able to ride a bike, it is not possible that it is so difficult to send something correct.
I never recommend you to anyone.
They're too bad, I'm totally dissatisfied

A good company that doesn't honor its word doesn't deserve credit I asked to cancel the purchase but nothing happens....the bike is here...the money is there...disregard...total...let's see until when I'll have it patience ....to take appropriate measures....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite estou indignado pois fiz uma compra de uma alfameq é me chegou uma bicicleta chamada kairos, propaganda enganosa e crime estou em contato com a loja submarino onde comprei para fazer a troca é a reclamação a submarino não pode aturar esse tipo de coisa ,se a loja ver essa publicação por favor entre em contato urgente q isso não pode acontecer. Segue a foto que veio, mas não a que eu comprei no site . Só não entendo anuncia 1 coisa e vende outra não me conformo as pessoas cada dia Q passa querendo ser mas espertas que as outras vamos ser honestos pessoal não custa nada ,fora que deixei a bicicleta para montar em uma bicicletaria gastei 100 reais a toa para ter essa dor de cabeça.

A empresa não opera no endereço que consta na nota fiscal, já liguei em 4 telefones e todos dão como inexistentes. Vou registrar boletim de ocorrência por estelionato.
Acham que sou trouxa? Pois verão quem realmente é!

LINDA, PRETA COM VERMELHO, MODELO XKS KAIROS ARO 29 QUADRO 21, VEIO TUDO CERTINHO, PRAZO DE ENTREGA ERA 20 DIAS ÚTEIS AQUI PRA INTERIOR DE RECIFE E ENTREGAM COM 19 DIAS OU SEJA, DENTRO DO PRAZO, PARABÉNS. A BIKE É LINDA APESAR DE SER BEM SIMPLES MAS USANDO COM CUIDADO DURARÁ UMA VIDA INTEIRA. EM UMA SEMANA FIZ MAIS DE 200 KM COM ELA E SÓ QUEBROU OS PEDAIS PORÉM NADA MAIS DE RESTO TA ÓTIMA.

ABOUT THE BIKE I PURCHASED? BEAUTIFUL, BLACK WITH RED, MODEL XKS KAIROS ARO 29 PICTURE 21, EVERYTHING CAME RIGHT, DELIVERY TIME WAS 20 BUSINESS DAYS HERE IN THE INTERIOR OF RECIFE AND DELIVERY WITH 19 DAYS OR, WITHIN THE DEADLINE, CONGRATULATIONS. THE BIKE IS BEAUTIFUL ALTHOUGH IT IS VERY SIMPLE BUT USE IT CAREFULLY IT WILL LAST A LIFETIME. IN ONE WEEK I DID OVER 200 KM WITH IT AND JUST BREAK THE PEDALS BUT NOTHING ELSE IS GREAT.
