★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma bicicleta na loja dia 10 de outubro, sábado, fui super bem atendida pela Fátima, a loja estava bem cheia , e mesmo assim o atendimento foi excelente.
A bicicleta teria que ser montada e só poderia retirada na terça feira, entrei em contato conforme combinado para ver se existia a possibilidade de entrega antes do prazo, pois já tinha vendido a do meu filho e gostaria muito de entregar para ele no dia das crianças, e na terça seria muito difícil retirar devido ao trabalho.
Quero agradecer o atendimento via telefone e whatsapp do Yago, super atencioso, nos informou que teria uma outra bicicleta cado quisesse retirar antes.
Deu super certo ?, muito obrigada Fátima e Yago pelo atendimento .
Com certeza voltaremos quando precisarmos de algo.

I want to thank Yago's super-attentive service via phone and whatsapp, he informed us that he would have another bicycle if he wanted to remove it beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma altamek aro 29 quando virei a esquina a mesa do guidão soutousorte minha que eu estava devagar voltei para loja o vendedor apertou a mesma bastante perguntei se ia segurar pois é a minha vida que estava em risco o companheiro dele ainda falou para trocar o conjunto todo mais o vendedor falou para o colega dele que era coisa da minha cabeça. SERA QUE A VIDA DO CRIENTE NÃO TEM VALOR..??
Sobre a reclamação que eu fiz o dono da bicicletaria Rafael me respondeu, disse que não estava ciente do ocorrido e me deu a atenção necessária, agradeço a atenção do mesmo.
