Eles instalou o suporte na bike de qualquer jeito sem proteção devida e causou danos no quadro da bicicleta devido ao suporte esta sem proteção adequada marcando o quadro todo!! Achei muito.ruim comprar uma bike de 800 reais e os cara nao presta atenção nisso

They installed the stand on the bike anyway without proper protection and caused damage to the bike frame due to the stand without proper protection marking the whole frame !! I thought it was very good to buy a bike for 800 reais and the guys don't pay attention to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja na data de hoje com meu filho e a humilde bicicleta dele para substituição de peças. A atendente até tentou ajudar porém acho que de bicicleta ela não entende muito. Os mecânicos também não deram muita importância pra gente até que chegou outro cliente com uma bicicleta 4 x mais cara que a do meu filho e de imediato o mecânico correu pra atendê-lo. A loja não tinha acessórios que eu precisava e a atendente pedia ajuda aos mecânicos e os mesmos também não deram importância. Acredito que era pelo fato da nossa bike ser bem velhinha. Em fim fomos até outra loja no mesmo bairro e gastamos em torno de R$500,00 e a bicicleta ficou perfeita com todas as peças que precisávamos. Não volto nunca mais nessa Roger bike! Até estava pensando em parcelar uma bicicleta lá futuramente mas meu dinheiro eles não vão ver.

The mechanics also didn't give much importance to us until another customer arrived with a bicycle 4 x more expensive than my son's and immediately the mechanic rushed to serve him. The store had no accessories that I needed and the attendant asked the mechanics for help and they did not care either. I believe it was because our bike was very old. In the end we went to another store in the same neighborhood and spent around R $ 500.00 and the bike was perfect with all the parts we needed. I'll never be back on that Roger bike again! I was even thinking about splitting a bike there in the future but my money they won't see.

Uns 4 anos atrás tentei comprar uma bike de rua e quando ele percebeu que eu nao pagaria muito caro pela bike, simplesmente desistiu de me atender e deixou de responder as mensagens. Obs consegui uma bike bem melhor pela metade do preço.
Hoje dia 19/9 fui a loja simplesmente trocar o pedal da bicicleta do meu filho. Tinham 5 funcionários na loja. Um me atendeu e quando fui pegar a bike pra fazer a troca fiquei 10 min esperando sem ninguém me atender. Detalhe so tinha eu de cliente e 5 funcionários.
Enfim, pena ter caído assim. Não gasto mais meu dinheiro lá.

Today 9/9 I went to the store to simply change my son's bicycle pedal. They had 5 employees in the store. One answered me and when I went to get the bike to make the exchange I was 10 min waiting without anyone answering me. Detail only had me as a client and 5 employees.
Anyway, sorry to have fallen like that. I don't spend my money there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei a bike lá no Roger para regular os freios. Ele me cobrou 75 em cada freio a disco alegando troca de pastilha. Sendo assim consertei só o traseiro. Daí uma semana depois levei a bike na loja que tem ali próximo a linha amarela no pechincha CTM BIKES e a loja lá régulo o freio por 15 reais. Perguntei sobre a pastilha, ele informou que a pastilha está nova.
E realmente eu comprei a bike e quase nunca tinha usado

Then a week later I took the bike to the store that has the yellow line next to the bargain CTM BIKES and the store there regulates the brake for 15 reais. I asked about the insert, he said the insert is new.
And I actually bought the bike and almost never used it
