★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui efetuar um reparo na roda dianteira da minha bike, que estava torta por ter sido atropelado por um motoqueiro. Liguei, e falei com o Sidney, proprietário da loja, mas quando cheguei, o mesmo não estava, e tive o desprazer de ser atendido por seu funcionário, Júnior, que me atendeu pessimamente! Cara, foi o pior atendimento que eu já tive na vida! O funcionário falou do meu peso, que a folha e os aros não haviam aguentado por isso... hahahaha! Isso foi algo muito pessoal. E falou que haviam vários reparos na frente, e o meu ficaria para depois de 5, 6 dias. Ou seja, não tive nenhuma atenção do funcionário, pelo contrário. No final, não quis efetuar o reparo na loja, levei a outro local, mas liguei e falei com o Sidney sobre o ocorrido, afinal, inicialmente, o Sidney me atendeu super bem pelo telefone, como o fez quando liguei e relatei o caso aqui avaliado. Deixaria 5 estrelas fácil aqui pelo Sidney, baita gente boa... mas pelo seu funcionário, deixaria negativo, se pudesse.
I went to make a repair on the front wheel of my bike, which was crooked because it was run over by a biker. I called and spoke with Sidney, the store owner, but when I arrived, he wasn't there, and I had the displeasure of being assisted by his employee, Júnior, who assisted me badly! Man, it was the worst service I've ever had in my life! The employee spoke of my weight, that the leaf and the hoops had not held up because of that... hahahaha! This was something very personal. And he said that there were several repairs ahead, and mine would be for after 5, 6 days. In other words, I didn't have any attention from the employee, on the contrary. In the end, I didn't want to repair the store, I took it to another location, but I called and talked to Sidney about what happened, after all, initially, Sidney answered me very well on the phone, as he did when I called and reported the case here rated. I would leave 5 stars easy here for Sydney, good guys... but for your employee, I would leave negative if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma bike pra regulagem dos freios e lubrificação. Os freios regulou a lubrificacao nao fez e quando indaguei disse q tinha feito. Vou ser obrigado a levar em outro lugar novamente pra lubrificar e engraxar
