Nas primeiras semanas tudo bem , depois sĂł problemas, caĂ­ constantemente e quando agente consegue falar com ele sempre diz que tĂĄ bom, que o defeito Ă© sempre o roteador. Se eu fosse trocar o roteador todas as vezes que ele diz, jĂĄ teria uma dezena.

De início não havia nada å reclamar, mas depois de umas semanas, a internet cai constantemente, e quando entramos em contato através de WhatsApp, o(a) atendente sempre diz que estå funcionando perfeitamente, como se o cliente reclamasse porque estå procurando o que fazer. Fora a forma como nos responde, muita falta de profissionalismo, deveriam prezar melhor pelos seus clientes. Nota 0!

AlĂ©m disso, tem vĂĄrios problemass quando chove, e com Switch nos postes. Fora, isso o provedor tem baixo custo benefĂ­cio, e entrega uma rede atĂ© boa. Mudei por estar de saco cheio de tentar resolver problemas de rede, e nada funcionar. Antes era sĂł quando chovia, agora toda vez as 18, ou 22h a rede diminui o download ou upload para 0,01 impossibilitando assim a utilização. HORRÍVEL.
