★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi excelente e o preço também, porém meu marido fez o exame de vista na loja ,não conseguia usar os óculos e foi preciso passar por uma.consulta com um oftalmologista e o grau estava errado, conclusão ficamos com o prejuízo das lentes e ele terá que fazer outra.
The service was excellent and the price too, but my husband had the eye exam at the store, he couldn't use his glasses and had to go through an appointment with an ophthalmologist and the degree was wrong, conclusion we lost the lenses and he will have to do another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armaçaovquebrou em menos de 1 semana de uso e tive que comprar outra armaçao enquanto a loja deveria ter ressarcido a armaçao. Nunca mais compro nessa otica. Deixei de comprar nas Otical Carol pra comprar com eles. Absurdo.
Frame broke in less than 1 week of use and I had to buy another frame while the store should have refunded the frame. I will never buy from this shop again. I stopped buying from Otical Carol to buy from them. Absurd.

Primeira, quando passei despretensiosamente na loja para fazer um orçamento e o atendimento foi sensacional (Vendedor João), extremamente educado e prestativo.
Segunda, depois que passei no oftalmologista não tinha dúvidas do local, não apenas pelo preço (que estava similar e até um pouquinho superior em outros locais que cotei), mas pelo atendimento, que realmente foi muito bom. Nesse momento estava o João, uma outra moça que não sei o nome e foi ótima também e a gerente, todos muito prestativos.
Terceira, retirada do óculos, novamente muito bem atendida.
Também quero deixar meu elogio para a qualidade do óculos, das lentes e na agilidade, pois chegou 2 dias antes do previsto.
Gratidão a todos e parabéns.
I want to start praising the service, there were 3 occasions:
First, when I unpretentiously went to the store to get a quote and the service was sensational (Seller João), extremely polite and helpful.
Second, after I went to the ophthalmologist, I had no doubts about the place, not only because of the price (which was similar and even a little higher in other places I quoted), but because of the service, which was really good. At that moment there was João, another girl whose name I don't know and he was great too and the manager, all very helpful.
Third, removing the glasses, again very well attended.
I also want to leave my praise for the quality of the glasses, the lenses and the agility, as it arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
