★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoal pouco preparado e com má vontade em atender. Ainda tem um cara q parece ser o dono que fica na porta da loja vendo o mal atendimento e nao faz nada, só fica rindo do povo.
Poor service, poorly prepared staff and unwillingness to attend. There is still a guy who seems to be the owner who stands at the door of the store seeing the poor service and does nothing, just laughs at the people.

Atualmente, os RESTAURANTES em Santos que não são pet friendly aceitam animais dentro da caixa de transporte e, existem os restaurantes modernos que seguem a direção de todos os estabelecimentos de ser pet friendly por questões de qualidade de vida dos consumidores e dos pets. A regra do shopping em que está essa loja é de animais são permitidos dentro da caixa de transporte, mas ainda assim fui barrada ao entrar na loja que nem restaurante é. Esta postura além de não seguir as regras do shopping vai contra os próprios valores da Bio Mundo que conforme consulta ao site são:
" Gerar saúde, qualidade de vida e bem estar; agir sustentavelmente, preservando o meio ambiente; e atuar com profissionalismo, transparência e ética."
Não recomendo este estabelecimento, pois em primeiro lugar, um lugar que não aceita meu pet não merece que eu gaste dinheiro lá. E, em segundo lugar, é uma loja que não segue os valores da marca e, portanto, nem deveria estar em funcionamento.

This attitude in addition to not following the rules of the mall goes against the values of Bio Mundo that according to the site are:

I don't recommend this establishment, because firstly, a place that doesn't accept my pet doesn't deserve me to spend money there. And, secondly, it is a store that does not follow brand values and therefore should not even be in operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom antes de ter entrado em uma loja Bio Mundo ( eu como ex diretora de uma empresa de alimentos onde algumas das lojas sp já foi até nosso cliente ) Hoje resolvi conhecer a BIO MUNDO PRAIA MAR em SANTOS e realmente tive uma PÉSSIMA experiência!
Bom primeiramente os preços estão um pouco abusivos, acima do valor de mercado ( no qual eu conheço muito bem sobre o segmento de alimentos saudáveis e sei muito bem os valores comercializados para tal . Mas isso não está em questão !
Na entrada da loja havia uma gôndola bem grande com mais ou menos 1 metro de distância de uma para á outra ( ou seja , a passagem era pequena e apertada ) qualquer pessoa ou criança que passe por ali , pode esbarrar e é um grande perigo ( dependendo do que está exposto )
Não contente, na gôndola havia POTES DE VIDRO de óleo de côco .
Pois bem , meu namorado passando esbarrou sem querer e quebrou dois potes ( um funcionário alto super simpático por sinal , percebeu e rapidamente pediu desculpas .
Resumindo , fizemos uma compra alta e no final veio a surpresa ( cobraram os 2 potes de óleo de côco )
Pelo direito do consumidor não deveríamos pagar , acredito que a colaboradora se não me engano “ Priscila” creio eu a pessoa que estava no caixa hoje , dia 06/03 ás 18h ( estaria ciente que vocês podem ser PROCESSADOS por isso ) .
Achei uma postura lamentável , não pelo valor . Mas pelo gesto errado e abusivo dessa moça que estava no caixa hoje .
Afinal, vocês colocaram gôndolas com potes de vidro em um espaço pequeno e na entrada da loja .
Isso é um absurdo.
Além de termos sido mal tratados por ela ( foi mal educada ) como se tivéssemos feito algo errado .
Poderia ter sido algo muito pior , espero que tomem uma providência e orientem melhor seus colaboradores !

Not content, on the gondola there were GLASS POTS of coconut oil.
Well, my passing boyfriend accidentally bumped into it and broke two pots (a tall, super nice guy by the way, realized it and quickly apologized.
In short, we made a high purchase and in the end came the surprise (they charged the 2 pots of coconut oil)

E comprei meus canudos ecológicos lá, tem de dois formatos, o reto e o com uma curvinha, as embalagens dos canudos são lindas!
