★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, pois dizem que aplica teste rápido e não aplicam. Necessitávamos para fazer o teste rápido da covid para iniciarmos o trabalho (caso desse negativo) às 15h. Perguntamos o laboratório se poderia fazer, eles disseram que sim e mesmo fazendo o teste por volta das 8h da manhã o teste sairia às 14h (o que já é um absurdo sendo teste rápido). Perguntamos novamente. Confirmaram. A atendente (muito educada) foi até a gestão e retornou dizendo que o resultado sairia antes das 15h. Nós iríamos desistir, pois tínhamos outras possibilidades na cidade de Macaé. Eles confirmaram. E nós 4 pagamos o valor de R$ 150,00 para estarmos aptas ou não para trabalhar ÀS 15H. Demos a palavra para o contratante que fizemos os testes. Acontece que o teste rápido não é rápido. Acontece que nos aplicaram um [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui]. Acontece que pegaram o nosso dinheiro e não nos deram os resultados do exame. Acontece que tivemos problemas com o contratante. QUEREMOS O NOSSO DINHEIRO DE VOLTA NA SEGUNDA FEIRA E NÃO QUEREMOS O RESULTADO DO NOSSO TESTE ATÉ porque não confiamos nesse resultado.

They confirmed. The attendant (very polite) went to the management and returned saying that the result would be out before 3pm. We would give up, because we had other possibilities in the city of Macaé. They confirmed. And the 4 of us pay the amount of R $ 150.00 to be able or not to work at 15H. We gave the floor to the contractor who did the tests. It turns out that the quick test is not fast. It turns out that they applied a [Edited by Reclame Aqui]. It just so happened that they took our money and didn't give us the results of the exam. It turns out that we had problems with the contractor. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK ON MONDAY AND DON'T WANT THE RESULT OF OUR TEST, BECAUSE WE DO NOT TRUST THAT RESULT.

Fui fazer um exame, entrei às 7h30 da manhã do sábado e esperei cinco minutos. Logo saí e deu tempo de ir para outros compromissos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj estive na clínica pra fazer um novo PCR sobre a covid.
Ao Ser chamado, a atendente já me fala que o meu plano(Bradesco) está fora do ar e que ao verificar no sistema constava que eu já havia feito um exame nos últimos dias e que "achava" que não seria aprovado...
Como pode a pessoa "achar"???? Ela não está ali para achar e sim pra fazer o procedimento de solicitar e deixar que o plano se manifeste.
Logo depois me vem com a desculpa de que o plano estáva fora do ar.
Liguei para o plano e lá fui informado que eu poderia sim solicitar outro exame pois já haviam se passado 30 dias..perguntei se foi solicitado alguma autorização da clínica e a mesma disse que não haviam solicitafo.
Pois bem, fui pra São Lucas e lá fiz o exame normalmente e sem nenhuma restrição, isso com poucos minutos depois de ter deixado a bioanalise.
Engraçado que lá na são Lucas o sistema do plano não estava fora do ar.

Well, I went to São Lucas and there I took the exam normally and without any restrictions, just a few minutes after leaving the bioanalysis.
It's funny that back in São Lucas the plan's system wasn't down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teste PCR sendo cobrado 500 reais no particular. Estou entrando hoje com uma reclamação no Procon- RJ por preços abusivos. Não recomendo nem passar na porta.

Ela fez um PCR dia 03 e deram a informação que chegaria o resultado em 24 h no email e no site deles. No dia seguinte o laboratorio fechou as 11 e nao deram nenhuma noticia sobre o exame. Passamos o fs ansiosas esperando o resultado pois o quadro piorou e o medico estava esperando o resultado p mudar a medicação , enfim .. PCR so faz quem tem urgencia, ok ? HOJE , SEGUNDA FEIRA DIA 06, consegui falar em outra filial , a unica que atendeu e ainformação foi q o teste sai em 2h se vc pagar 500 e pouco , em 24 se pagar 300 e pouco e plano 72h. PRIMEIRO ISSO JA É UM ABSURDO E DIGNO DE PROCESSO , SEGUNDO GARANTIRAM O RESULTADO EM 24H, NAO SAIU EM 24 E NEM EM 72H, ATE O MOMENTO 9H DA MANHA DE SEGUNDA FEIRA, 3 DIAS DE TER FEITO O EXAME, NÃO TEMOS O RESULTADO! TOTAL FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pelo whatsapp, fiz uma pergunta de manhã e só me responderam às 15:30h da tarde. Demora uma vida para responder e vem com a desculpa que está com uma grande demanda, por isso demorou, sendo que o visto por último no whatsapp era das 18:23h do dia anterior, não sabem nem mentir. O correto era cada filial ter seu próprio whatsapp, assim evitaria de todo mundo mandar msg para 1 número só e acabar não sendo atendido ou ser atendido de forma curta e grossa. Pois bem, vocês saíram perdendo pois são exames caríssimos, eu iria pagar no particular, mas tive um péssimo atendimento, então irei fazer o exame na concorrente, nunca mais procuro orçar preço com vocês, prefiro ir direto em um laboratório só, mesmo que pague mais caro, pois o atendimento sem dúvidas é muito melhor.
