Ser humano sem igual! Um baita profissional... Já o Cetro, acho que poderiam investir em mais pessoal, ou uma forma de otimmizar o atendimento. Como tem bons medicos, o cetro fica sempre cheio...com isso fica humanalmente impossivel dar atenção a todos na recepção. Para a empresa eu dou umas 3,5 estrelas.

Unique human being! A great professional ... As for Scepter, I think they could invest in more staff, or a way to optimize service. As there are good doctors, the scepter is always full ... with this it is humanly impossible to give attention to everyone at the reception. For the company I give it about 3.5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento em si é muito bom, mas o problema são os atrasos dos médicos e a disponibilidade de apensas um médico por período (manhã/tarde ) faz com que o local fique cheio e com pouco espaço na recepção! Sugiro aos administradores que revejas suas práticas e protocolos!
Tentarei abrir um chamado junto ao meu plano de saúde!
The service itself is very good, but the problem is the doctors' delays and the availability of only one doctor per period (morning / afternoon) makes the place full and with little space at the reception! I suggest to the administrators to review their practices and protocols!
I will try to open a call with my health plan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo fisioterapia e passei pelo ortopedista. Gostei muito, pois assim que me consultei já fiz imediatamente o raio x e o médico já viu. Tudo muito rápido. Estou agora fazendo a fisioterapia. As fisioterapeutas super atenciosas e educadas. Só não dou nota 5 pois coisas parecem ser um pouco antiga. Mas nada que atrapalhe
I'm doing physical therapy and I went to the orthopedist. I liked it a lot, because as soon as I consulted, I immediately did the x-ray and the doctor saw it. All too fast. I am now doing physical therapy. Super attentive and polite physiotherapists. I just don't give it a 5 because things seem to be a little old. But nothing that gets in the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom mas precisa melhorar, as marcações melhoraram porém, precisa informatizar com painel eletrônico para chamadas. Bons médicos, bons fisioterapeutas principalmente no segundo andar Dr. Rodrigo Leite.
Good service but needs to improve, appointments have improved however, need to computerize with electronic panel for calls. Good doctors, good physiotherapists especially on the second floor Dr. Rodrigo Leite.

It's impossible for them to answer the phone.. it's easier to get the car and go there... Very good medical service... more communication channels make you angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta marcada a 1 semana, as pessoas que chegam no mesmo dia são atendidos antes das pessoas marcadas. Levei mais de 1:40hs para ser atendida. A recepção diz que a culpa é do "médico" e o médico diz que a culpa é da "recepção". Perguntei quem era da ouvidoria, o rapaz falou que seria ele mesmo.
Moral da história estou com trauma de médico. Falei e vai continuar do mesmo jeito. Na minha frente um rapaz chega e a recepcionista marca um encaxe para o dia seguinte. E ainda comemora dizendo. Não tem vaga. Vai ser encaixe,. Quem já marcou desde semana passada que espere...
Appointment scheduled for 1 week, people who arrive on the same day are seen before the people booked. It took me over 1:40 hours to be served. The reception says it's the "doctor's" fault and the doctor says it's the "reception" to blame. I asked who was in the ombudsman's office, the boy said it would be him.
Moral of the story I'm traumatized by a doctor. I said and will continue the same way. In front of me a guy arrives and the receptionist makes an appointment for the next day. And still celebrates saying. No vacancy. It will be fit. Who has scored since last week, wait...
