Minha consulta agendada com Dr. Érika Belisário estava agendada para as 10:00. Fui atendido às 10:40, pois 4 representantes de Laboratórios entraram na minha frente, sem agendamento. Parece que o cliente é deixado de lado aqui.

Fui atendida nessa clínica, a sala de espera é agradável, climatizado, e fui bem recepcionado pelas atendente. O médico que me atendeu foi muito atencioso, super indico essa clínica.

Quero deixar aqui a minha insatisfação com a clínica. Marquei uma consulta só perguntaram qual era o convênio. Ao chegar no dia da consulta, que foi quase um mês de espera, fui avisada que o meu convênio não era aceito. Sendo que já tinha marcado mais duas outras consultas para meu esposo e não foi perguntado qual era o meu tipo de convênio. A atendente simplesmente falou que elas sempre perguntavam. Tenho a conversa no WhatsApp que mostra que elas não perguntaram, somente perguntou qual era o convênio. No caso aceitam Bradesco Saúde, mas não aceitam o Flex. Achei um descaso, pois gastei meu tempo e dinheiro no Uber e ainda liguei um dia antes para confirmar a consulta. Ainda falaram como se eu estivesse errada, sendo que foram elas que não perguntaram. Como é que eu ligo duas vezes para marcar consultas diferentes e não me perguntam isso?
I want to leave here my dissatisfaction with the clinic. I made an appointment they only asked what the agreement was. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, which had been waiting for almost a month, I was told that my insurance was not accepted. Since I had already scheduled two more appointments for my husband and I was not asked what type of insurance I had. The attendant simply said that they always asked. I have the conversation on WhatsApp that shows that they did not ask, they only asked what the agreement was. In this case, they accept Bradesco Saúde, but they do not accept Flex. I thought it was neglect, as I spent my time and money on Uber and even called the day before to confirm the appointment. They still spoke as if I was wrong, and they were the ones who didn't ask. How do I call twice to book different appointments and they don't ask me that?
