Após insistência e questionar que o que estavam fazendo era crime contra o consumidor já que não sabíamos que a loja iria fechar pois não fomos não que compramos e sim foi presente efetuaram a troca por outro modelo pois não tinham mais o mesmo em tamanho maior.
The store is closing. My wife got a sneaker but it didn't fit. We went to the store to change but at first they refused to change. After insisting and questioning that what they were doing was a crime against the consumer, as we did not know that the store would close because we did not buy it, but it was a gift, they exchanged it for another model as they no longer had the same model in a larger size.
