Gostaria de deixar aqui minha experiencia com a new point , fui até a loja por indicações pois moro em santo andré e ainda nao tinha achado uma empresa que fosse honesta sobre meu aparelho s8 , pois é .. fui ate a new point e para a minha surpresa fui muito bem atendida sem enrolaçao e com um preço super justo, o moço que é tenico Rafael atencioso comigo cumpriu o prometido e agora simm tenho meu aparelho de novo, recuperado ! obrigda pela agilidade , honestidade . Agradeço as indicaçoes e valeu a pena sair daqui de santo andre e ir ate vcs. Virei cliente com certeza!

I went to the new point and mine Surprise was very well attended without enrolaçao and with a super fair price, the young man who is tenico Rafael attentive with me fulfilled the promised and now yes I have my device again, recovered! obliged for agility, honesty. VOU FAZER O QUE FOR PRA DAR MINHA OPINIÃO NESSE LIXO DE LOJA QUE NAO SE PREOCUPA COM O CLIENTE E QUE O PREJUÍZO SEMPRE FICA COM O CONSUMIDOR... LIXO DE EMPRESA E ATENDIMENTO.. POR CAUSA DE 70 REAIS? VOU ATE O INFERNO PARA DESMASCARAR ESSA FALSA EMPRESA!!!!!!
Inicialmente fui bem atendido. Tenho um S9+ e coloquei a pelicula de vidro, recomendadanpela atendente. Ao tirar a capa do celular, a pelicula trincou. Fui até a loja e mostrei que estava mal colocada pois a outra ponta do celular, a película estava alta e ao pressionar tbm quebraria. Fui mal atendido e que isso era mal uso. Não trocaram e fiquri com prejuizo de 70,00. Não pelo valor mas pelo lixo de atendimento. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!!!
I SAY SOMETHING ??? VCS ARE BAD CHARACTER ..... THE OTHER TIP OF THE MOBILE WAS BADLY COLADA AND I WILL STILL SHOW AND NEVER WATCHED ... STORE GARBAGE ... I WILL DO WHAT IS TO GIVE MY OPINION IN THAT STORE WASTE THAT DO NOT WORRY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND THAT THE INJURY IS ALWAYS WITH THE CONSUMER ... GARBAGE AND COMPANY SERVICE ... FOR 70 REAL REASONS? I'M GOING TO HELL TO DISMISS THIS FALSE COMPANY !!!!!!
Initially I was well taken care of. I have a S9 + and put the glass film, recommended by the attendant. Taking the cover off the phone, the movie cracked. I went to the store and showed that it was misplaced because the other end of the phone, the film was high and pressing would break. I was poorly attended to and that this was misused. They did not change and I stayed with a loss of 70.00. Not for the value but for the garbage of attendance. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!

Mas claro, fiz questão de remunerar o tempo que ela se dispôs a me ajudar! Muitos itens de celulares como capas, acessórios e muitos outros de excelente qualidade!
Sensational store! Super charismatic attendants and one of them, made a small repair on the glass film on my mom's smartphone, and I didn't want to charge! But of course, I made a point of paying for the time she was willing to help me! Many cellphone items like covers, accessories and many others of excellent quality!
