★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi um lanche e foi me passado o prazo de 25 min a 35 min para entrega, se passaram exatamente 1:30 e nada do meu lanche chegar, em momento nenhum se justificaram, só depois de 1 hora que a atendente me mandou mensagem falando que me avisaria quando meu lanche saísse, mais que o dobro do tempo, me foi informado que devido a chuva teve a demora, eu super entenderia se me fosse passado essa informação no ato da compra, minha primeira compra e foi péssima e realmente não irei recomenda para ninguém. Depois de me estressar me foi oferecido um desconto que não aceitei,eu só queria experimentar o lanche mas infelizmente não foi possível devido ao serviço precário nem um pedido de desculpas eu tive.
Terrible service, I asked for a snack and I was given a deadline of 25 to 35 minutes for delivery, exactly 1:30 passed and none of my snack arrived, at no time was it justified, it was only after 1 hour that the attendant sent me message saying that he would let me know when my lunch was out, more than twice as long, I was informed that due to the rain there was a delay, I would really understand if this information was given to me at the time of purchase, my first purchase and it was really bad I will not recommend to anyone. After stressing out I was offered a discount which I didn't accept, I just wanted to try the snack but unfortunately it wasn't possible due to the poor service nor an apology I got.
