★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era meu primeiro pedido, pela plataforma do IFood. Cancelaram sem nenhuma explicação, pelo próprio aplicativo. Nem mesmo uma ligação. Só percebi que cancelaram quando eu acessei o aplicativo próximo ao horário de entrega, pra acompanhar.
Daí, acessei o outro aplicativo, Uber Eats, e lá estava o restaurante disponível para pedidos tbm.
Achei uma falta de respeito tremenda cancelarem sem ao menos uma ligação, no meu primeiro pedido. Estou cancelando essa opção da minha lista.
 It was my first order, through the IFood platform. They canceled without any explanation, by the application itself. Not even a call. I only realized that they canceled when I accessed the app close to the delivery time, to follow up.
Then, I accessed the other app, Uber Eats, and there was the restaurant available for tbm orders.
I found it a tremendous lack of respect to cancel without even a call on my first request. I am canceling this option from my list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que pedi pelo uber eats foi ótimo a entrega e o lanche, já na segunda vez fiz o pedido o entregador foi parar em um endereço na qual eu desconheço e entregou para uma pessoa errada, simplesmente inaceitável isso!!!
The first time I ordered for uber eats the delivery and the snack was great, the second time I placed the order the deliveryman ended up at an address I don't know about and delivered it to the wrong person, just unacceptable that !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um.pedido as 00 horas são 04:03 da manha não chegou liguei umas 50 vezes não atenderam quando me retornaram o motoboy veio com papinho que se perdeu e tentaram roubar ele tratamento horrível e ainda nos deixaram sem opções de pedido pela demora ! Pra mim não presta ! Não indico ! Não peço mais ! Não merece estar no ifood ! Nem atendendo o publico !
I made a request. 00 hours are 4: 3 am did not arrive, I called about 50 times, they didn't answer when the motoboy came back with a little talk that was lost and they tried to steal him horrible treatment and even left us with no options for the delay! It sucks for me! I do not indicate! I don't ask for more! You don't deserve to be on ifood! Not even serving the public!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro proximo e meus pedidos acabam não demorando muito. Realmente melhor hamburguer da região na minha opinião. Atendente precisa ter mais atenção, espero que eles se acertem na organização da loja e cresçam.
I live nearby and my orders don't take long. Really best burger in the area in my opinion. Clerk needs more attention, I hope they get right in the store's organization and grow.

I ordered some portions of pastries, almost 2 hours late, the pastries had no filling, literally pastel de vento.

I ordered two pastries, one with cheese and one with chocolate with strawberry, the one with cheese didn't have any filling, and the one with chocolate and strawberry didn't even have a strawberry and the chocolate looked like water... Unfortunately I didn't like it.

Em minha última tentativa falaram que meu lanche saiu e cancelaram a entrega pelo Ifood, esse foi meu primeiro pedido, não tenho se quer palavras para o ocorrido. NUNCA, NUNCA MAIS tentarei pedir algo nesse local?
Total lack of respect, they gave me 2 deadlines claiming that demand was high (waited 2h and 30min). In my last attempt, they said that my snack was out and they canceled the delivery through Ifood, this was my first order, I have no words for what happened. I will NEVER, EVER try to order something from this place?
