★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pelo telefone e me passaram um orçamento de 180 reais, chegando la o rapaz me fez um valor mais caro, ai eu disse a ele q me passaram um valor “x” pelo telefone, ele disse então q seria esse valor… foi realizado a montagem dos pneus (que eu levei), e o balanceamento das 4 rodas, chegando no alinhamento, o rapaz fez todo o procedimento, deu uma volta com o carro, e do nada ele me disse q tinha q fazer a cambagem dos pneus da frente e que seria 180 reais as duas, o dobro do valor q tinha sido negociado no telefone, sai da loja pagando 360 reais um valor q eu não estava preparado para pagar, demorou 1h50 todo o processo, e a tal “cambagem” foi feita em menos de 5 minutos. Estou muito descontente pois esperava pagar um valor e acabei pagando muito mais, me sinto enganado, não volto mais.
I called on the phone and they gave me a budget of 180 reais, when the guy arrived there, he made me a more expensive amount, then I told him they gave me an amount "x" over the phone, he then said that it would be this amount... mounting the tires (which I took), and balancing the 4 wheels, arriving at the alignment, the guy did the entire procedure, took a ride with the car, and all of a sudden he told me he had to do the camber of the front tires and that it would be 180 reais for both, twice the amount that had been negotiated on the phone, he leaves the store paying 360 reais an amount that I was not prepared to pay, the whole process took 1h50, and this "cambering" was done in less than 5 minutes. I'm very unhappy because I expected to pay an amount and ended up paying a lot more, I feel cheated, I won't come back.
