★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Cheguei lá e fiquei plantado uns 15 minutos sem nenhum atendente sequer falar "um momento" tive que eu mesmo procurar alguém que trabalha lá. Veio um senhor que acho que é um dos donos lá, me enrolou mais uns 20 minutos até ir pro meu carro, chegando lá ele ficou atendendo telefone e ele tava mais preocupado em me questiona como o cara bateu no meu carro do que fazer o orçamento, ficava indo e voltando de dentro da loja e a cada ida, ficava uns 7 minutos e voltava. Sem contar que ele ficou pondo minha honestidade em cheque. Não sabe que o papel dele é me atender, fazer o trampo, eu o pagar e já era. Não recomendo nunca.
Terrible attendance. I got there and was planted about 15 minutes without any attendant even saying "a moment" I had to look for someone who works there myself. Came a gentleman who I think is one of the owners there, curled me about 20 minutes to go to my car, getting there he was answering the phone and he was more concerned to question me how the guy hit my car than budget , would go back and forth from inside the store and every trip, would stay about 7 minutes and come back. Not to mention that he kept putting my honesty in check. You don't know that his role is to take care of me, do the job, I pay him and that was it. I never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Sr. Guaxupé foi muito atencioso, assim como toda a equipe, orientaram e explicaram tudo em relação ao reparo, no final nem parece que houve um pequena batida no carro.
Mr. Guaxupé was very attentive, as well as the whole team, guided and explained everything regarding the repair, in the end it doesn't even seem that there was a small crash on the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o serviço não posso opinar pois fiquei uns 15 minutos esperando pra ser atendido e até hoje estou aguardando o orçamento que o Sr Sebastião ficou de me passar, visualizou minha mensagem no whats e nada de responder, não sei se eles escolhem serviço ou se eu que tenho cara de pobre mesmo, ainda bem que temos outras opções na região.

I can't give an opinion about the service because I spent about 15 minutes waiting to be served and until today I'm waiting for the budget that Mr. Sebastião was giving me, he saw my message on whats and nothing to answer, I don't know if they choose service or if I I look like a poor person, thankfully we have other options in the region.
