★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bits Games já foi boa mas hoje em dia tá assim ? negativo levei meu aparelho faz 15 dias técnico nem mexeu no meu aparelho inclusive está na garantia da loja tive que ligar pra saber oque aconteceu até o momento estão na metade do prazo até aí tudo bem mas já estou preparado pra ter dor de cabeça com isso ? tomara que eu esteja errada até aí ponto negativo pra assistência técnica.
Bits Games used to be good but nowadays it's like this ? negative I took my device 15 days ago technician didn't even touch my device even it's under the store warranty I had to call to find out what happened so far they're halfway through so far so good but I'm already prepared to have a headache with this ? I hope I'm wrong so far, a negative point for technical assistance.

Comprei um Xbox Clássico e voltarei mais vezes para outras compras. Para quem curte consoles antigos, a loja é nota 10!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é ok , leve em consideração que é uma loja e precisam ter lucro, porém na maioria das vezes se você for vender alguma coisa, eles pagam extremamente baixo, por exemplo eu levei 6 jogos cada um no varejo valia em torno de 100 reais eles queriam pagar 100 pelos 6 .
O atendimento via WhatsApp é péssimo demoram dias pra te responder, sendo bem sincero esta loja só está aberta ainda pq pegam seu console na troca de outro, por que o que fazem com o consumidor e falta de respeito.

The service via WhatsApp is terrible, they take days to answer you, being quite honest this store is only open because they take your console in exchange for another one, because what they do with the consumer is a lack of respect.
