★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular falando que precisava trocar a bateria E que NÃO ESTAVA CARREGANDO, eles me disseram que o serviço era feito em 2 horas então esperei la mesmo, mas depois das duas horas só trocaram a bateria e não prestaram atenção no que eu disse de não carregar (o principal problema, pra que bateria se não carrega ela?), tive que deixa-lo la e voltei dois dias depois, o tecnico falou que carregava sim, mas com mal contato. Tenho 3 carregadores apple em casa e nenhum carrega, estranho só no dele carregar.
E sobre a bateria que eles trocaram, ta PIOR do que quando deixei.
Outra dúvida minha é, porque queriam minha senha para trocar uma bateria? e parece que tentando acessar meu ID APPLE porque me chegou uma msg pedindo código no dia que o celular estava la.
I took my cell phone saying that I needed to change the battery AND THAT WASN'T CHARGING, they told me that the service was done in 2 hours so I waited there, but after two hours they only changed the battery and didn't pay attention to what I said no charge (the main problem, why does the battery not charge it?), I had to leave it there and came back two days later, the technician said that it did, but with bad contact. I have 3 apple chargers at home and none of them charge, strange only in his charge.
And about the battery they changed, it's worse than when I left it.
Another question of mine is, why did they want my password to change a battery? and it seems that trying to access my APPLE ID because I got a message asking for a code the day the phone was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá pessoal, venho expressar a minha profunda indignação com a RG telecom,pois no final de novembro de 2020 deixei um iPhone 7 com um problema no sinal para consertar,meu telefone ficou mais de 3 meses nesta assistência para arrumar e quando fui pegar meu telefone ele não estava mais funcionando, apesar do bom atendimento, infelizmente a empresa não teve a competência de solucionar o problema do meu telefone que aliás não serve para mais nada.
Procurem outras assistências técnicas especializada Apple ou de qualquer outra marca antes de procurar a RG telecom.
Hello guys, I come to express my deep indignation with RG telecom, because at the end of November 2020 I left an iPhone 7 with a signal problem to fix, my phone was more than 3 months in this assistance to fix and when I went to get my phone it was not working anymore, despite the good service, unfortunately the company didn’t have the competence to solve the problem of my phone, which incidentally is useless.
Look for other technical assistance from Apple or any other brand before looking for RG telecom.

Tive um problema na placa e resolveram muito rápido com o melhor orçamento que eu tive. 2 anos depois, tive um problema com uma tecla travada. Fizeram a limpeza e toda a análise do computador e como o reparo foi simples, não me cobraram nada. Queria pagar de todo jeito pois o que foi simples para eles, não era para mim, então eu gostaria de pagar algo!! Mas fizeram de cortesia! Valeu RG Telecom !!!
Best in BH. Professionalism, fair prices and friendly service. I had a problem with the board and they resolved it very quickly with the best budget I had. 2 years later I had a problem with a stuck key. They did the cleaning and all the analysis of the computer and as the repair was simple, they didn't charge me anything. I wanted to pay anyway because what was simple for them was not for me, so I would like to pay something!! But they did it for free! Thanks RG Telecom!!!

Após levar meu MacBook Pro na autorizada e ser atendido por um técnico que mal olhou para o meu computador e me cobrou a substituição da placa principal do computador (no valor de quase 8 mil reais) alem dos 150 reais que cobram apenas para "olhar". NA RG Telecom, o Jefferson arrumou meu notebook, era apenas recolocar o cabo da bateria e não me cobrou nada por isso. Mesmo após insistir que ele cobrasse pela hora técnica dele, assim como me cobraram na autorizada. Me faltam estrelas para avaliar nessa publicação. OBRIGADO A TODOS DA RG TELECOM, VOCES SAO F*D4S

I got to know RG Telecom through a friend's referral.
