★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive meu conceito alterado ontem após o péssimo atendimento dado ao meu cão. Meu cão começou a apresentar sinais de apatia no sábado, no domingo piorou, na segunda não hesitei em sair da Iputinga para levar ele a clínica Bixos em Piedade, pq espera um atendimento de excelência. Infelizmente o descuido já começou no atendimento do Dr Eduardo, demorou quase 20min para conseguir retirar sangue do meu pet. Depois informou que ele estava debilitado, meio desidratado e por tratar-se de um idoso, indicou a internação para darem os cuidados necessários e fazerem os exames, que a princípio estaria pronto em 2 horas. Foi a última vez q vi o meu pequeno. Liguei várias vezes durante o dia e sempre diziam q ele estava bem, que estava melhor, mas nada do resultado do exame. Por me tranquilizarem, esperei para ir a clínica no outro dia pela manhã, no horário de visitas. Fui recebida pelo Dr Eduardo, em um corredor, informou que meu pequeno tinha morrido na madrugada. Sem maiores explicações... Aos prantos ainda, aguardei o resultado do exame, que deveria ter saído no dia anterior. Meu cão, idoso, foi diagnosticado com a doença do carrapato e não recebeu o atendimento que era necessário. Lastimável!!
Nada trará meu pequeno de volta...mas precisava desabafar e alertar aos que ainda confiam seus pets a clínica. Boa sorte.
Unfortunately I had my concept changed yesterday after the bad service given to my dog. My dog started showing signs of apathy on Saturday, on Sunday it got worse, on Monday I didn't hesitate to leave Iputinga to take him to the Bixos clinic in Piedade, because he expects excellent care. Unfortunately the carelessness has already started in the care of Dr Eduardo, it took almost 20min to get blood from my pet. Then he informed that he was debilitated, half dehydrated and because he is an elderly person, he indicated hospitalization to give the necessary care and do the tests, which in principle would be ready in 2 hours. It was the last time I saw my little one. I called several times during the day and they always said he was fine, that he was better, but none of the exam results. For reassuring me, I waited to go to the clinic the other day in the morning, during visiting hours. I was received by Dr Eduardo, in a corridor, he informed that my little one had died in the morning. Without further explanation ... In tears, I waited for the result of the exam, which should have come out the day before. My elderly dog was diagnosed with tick disease and did not receive the care that was needed. Regrettable !!
Nothing will bring my little one back ... but I needed to vent and alert those who still trust their pets to the clinic. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutores atenciosos mas deixou a desejar no atendimento , de péssima qualidade , parece q estão fazendo um favor , sem um pingo de respeito com o cliente , fala com o cliente de forma mal educada, nunca mais volto ! Tudo começa na recepção , se não tiver pessoas qualificadas , não adianta. Sempre vão perder os clientes !!!! Volto a dizer Péssima qualidade no atendimento!!!!! Falta de profissionalismo !!!
Attentive doctors but left something to be desired in the service, of terrible quality, it seems that they are doing a favor, without an ounce of respect for the client, talk to the client in a rude manner, I will never come back! It all starts at the reception, if you don't have qualified people, it's no use. Customers will always lose !!!! I say again, Poor quality of service!!!!! Lack of professionalism!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi o pior possível, meu filho de 4 patas começou a passar mal na madrugada de segunda feira , achei que ele tivesse querendo vomitar , porém piorou e levei ele a urgência da clínica Bixo's Piedade, primeiro erro que cometeram foi pedindo para eu esperar por uma consulta, onde no caso seria uma urgência, depois fui atendida pela Doutora Yasmim onde a mesma se quer olhou para meu cachorro ,mas por fim no chão tentou tirar sangue dele e depois de várias furadas não consegui e me encaminhou para o doutor Gabriel para que o mesmo fizesse um raio-x e tentasse colher o sangue, foi feito o raio-x porém mais uma vez no chão de forma totalmente desqualificada e despreparada tentaram colher o sangue e óbvio que não conseguiram, fomos encaminhados novamente para a sala da Doutora Yasmim e a mesma nos deu um diagnóstico de estenose da traquéia de grau IV e nos passou um receituário com duas medicações sendo uma delas para tratamento de três meses onde eu iria ter que gastar cerca de 150 reais a cada 5 dias . Eu muito abalada e incrédula do diagnóstico solicitei os exames e o laudo médico e mais um erro foi cometido quando me disseram que um exame de imagem e um diagnóstico só ficariam prontos em 24h e que eu voltasse para casa com meu cachorro passando mal. No dia seguinte voltei a Bixo's para pegar o exame e o laudo e conversei mais uma vez com o doutor Gabriel onde o mesmo enfatizou a doença e que estava em um grau muito avançado e o que poderia fazer era dar a medicação para ele ter uma qualidade de vida melhor, sai de lá desesperada levei os exames em um outro veterinário onde o mesmo me falou que era impossível eles terem dado este diagnóstico através da péssima qualidade do raio-x e o mesmo solicitou que eu fizesse outro exame onde foi constato a ausência de estenose da traquéia e sim uma tosse canina. Isso é gravíssimo , falta de preparo, aparelho de raio-x de péssima qualidade , diagnóstico totalmente errado, profissionais péssimos. Não levem seus filhos de 4 patas a esse lugar nunca , foi a primeira e última vez. Imagem feita na BIXO'S onde foi constatado a estenose da traquéia e a outra feita na PET DREAMS que diferença em?!
The service was the worst possible, my 4-legged son started to feel sick at dawn on Monday, I thought he wanted to vomit, but it got worse and I took him to the Bixo's Piedade clinic, the first mistake they made was asking me to wait for a consultation, in which case it would be urgent, then I was attended by Dr. Yasmim where she even looked at my dog, but finally on the floor she tried to draw blood from him and after several punctures I couldn't and referred me to Dr. Gabriel so that he could take an x-ray and try to collect the blood, the x-ray was taken, but once again on the floor in a totally disqualified and unprepared way, they tried to collect the blood and obviously they couldn't, we were sent back to the room. Dr. Yasmim and she gave us a diagnosis of grade IV tracheal stenosis and gave us a prescription with two medications, one of them for a three-month treatment where I would have to spend about 150 reais every 5 days. I was very shaken and incredulous about the diagnosis, I requested the exams and the medical report and another mistake was made when they told me that an image exam and a diagnosis would only be ready in 24 hours and that I would return home with my dog feeling sick. The next day I went back to Bixo's to get the exam and the report and talked once more with Dr. Gabriel where he emphasized the disease and that it was in a very advanced degree and what I could do was give the medication so it would have a quality of a better life, I left there desperate. I took the exams at another veterinarian where he told me that it was impossible for them to have given this diagnosis through the terrible quality of the x-ray and he asked me to do another exam where the absence was found. of tracheal stenosis and yes a canine cough. This is very serious, lack of preparation, poor quality x-ray equipment, totally wrong diagnosis, terrible professionals. Don't take your four legged kids to this place ever, it was the first and last time. Image taken at BIXO'S where tracheal stenosis was found and the other taken at PET DREAMS what a difference?!
