★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita bagunça! Minha experiência pelo menos foi horrível, os funcionários e a veterinária podem até serem simpáticos, mas falta organização. O animal demora no ambiente, passa mais de uma hora, você paga uma coisa e no final não sabem de nada... Pedi uma tosa bebê na minha cachorra e ela veio sem pelo, fiquei perplexa. O preço pode ser bom, simpatia pode ser boa, mas quando se falta organização perde toda a credibilidade. Tive inúmeras experiências que me fez pensar assim.
 A lot of mess! My experience at least was horrible, the staff and the veterinarian can even be friendly, but lack organization. The animal lingers in the environment, spends more than an hour, you pay something and in the end they don't know anything... I asked my dog for a baby grooming and she came with no hair, I was perplexed. The price may be good, friendliness may be good, but when organization is lacking, all credibility is lost. I have had countless experiences that made me think like that.

O intuito foi o pacote de 4 banho, e sai de lá na consulta e 2 vacinas, preço acessivel demais, a vet e as meninas do banho são um amor, tratam os animais como fossem delas! Muito acessível valor que nem considero a distância da minha casa para lá, pois vale a pena demais. Mês que vem estarei novamente para aplicar demais doses vacinais. Fico feliz por conhecer a unidade e triste por não ter conhecido antes!! Nota 10, os produtos da loja são bem acessíveis, medicações também!! O preço da consulta é atrativo demais, cabendo em todos os bolsos!!
First time I went to the establishment was today with my pinsher Maria Judith. The intention was to pack 4 baths, and get out of there at the appointment and 2 vaccines, too affordable, the vet and the bath girls are a sweetheart, they treat the animals as if they were theirs! Very affordable value that I don't even consider the distance from my house to there, because it's worth it too much. Next month I will be again to apply too many vaccine doses. Glad to know the unit and sad that I didn't know it sooner!! Note 10, store products are very affordable, medications too!! The price of the consultation is too attractive, fitting into all pockets!!
