★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Plano não cobre quase nada, quando você precisa tem que gastar uma nota preta pq tudo lá é exorbitante. Sem contar o péssimo atendimento ao cliente, fui destratada na clínica sendo que pago o plano há mais de 12 anos.
 The Plan doesn't cover almost anything, when you need to spend a black bill because everything there is exorbitant. Not counting the poor customer service, I was treated badly at the clinic, having paid for the plan for over 12 years.

Excellent service. Within the time limit. The pet was very well cared for. But this banjo story is all in the pet store ends up making a purchase or another. Negotiable price and quality products. The clinic is top gold. It has real and honest health insurance.

Infelizmente nao vou realizar o procedimento lá. Há 4 dias tento contato telefonico para agendar os exames pré-operatórios e a unica pessoa que faz isso nunca está e não retorna minhas ligaçoes. Não posso confiar em um estabelecimento que, por melhor que pareça, não é capaz de prestar um bom atendimento telefonico.
The clinic was very well recommended to perform the castration of my dog. I went, met in person and really liked what I saw.
Unfortunately I won't be doing the procedure there. I've been trying for 4 days to get in touch by phone to schedule preoperative exams and the only person who does this is never there and doesn't return my calls. I cannot trust an establishment that, as good as it may seem, is not capable of providing good telephone service.
