Decidi confirmar com ajuda de vídeos da internet e o resultado é: acabei de trocar um capacitor que me custou 23 reais, coisa de fácil acesso que até eu consegui fazer e a máquina está funcionando normalmente. A dúvida é se foi questão de má fé ou incapacidade técnica dos profissionais que me atenderam. A decisão é com vcs mas não recomendo esta empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consertaram a geladeira e não durou 15 dias. Vieram mais 4 vezes e a geladeira continua com problema. É fria. Esse endereço colocado no google não corresponde ao endereço que eles estão atual. No recibo não aparece nenhum endereço. Não recomendo. Na primeira vez, depois do conserto, que vieram falaram que era umidade no gás, arrumaram, mas não durou. Na segunda vez trocaram um filtro e não durou, continuava com o problema. Na terceira vez aquele filtro que soldaram vazava o gás e a geladeira de novo com problema. Vieram pela quarta vez e não durou, agora a geladeira pifou de vez. Cansei disso.
They fixed the fridge and it didn't last 15 days. They came 4 more times and the refrigerator still has a problem. It's cold. That address placed on google does not match the address they are current. No address appears on the receipt. I do not recommend. The first time, after the repair, when they came and said it was moisture in the gas, they fixed it, but it didn't last. The second time they changed a filter and it didn't last, the problem continued. The third time that filter they soldered leaked the gas and the refrigerator again with a problem. They came for the fourth time and it didn't last, now the fridge is gone for good. I'm tired of it.
