Como o local de treino é na casa do Sensei e há uma pré-triagem dos membros que irão compor o quadro de alunos acabamos nos sentindo parte da família mesmo.
Nesta arte marcial aprendemos técnicas de combate desarmado e armado (bastão, lança, lápis [yawara], espada...) que contribuem para a saúde física e mental.

A martial art training center focused on both personal defense and human training (perseverance, responsibility, social interaction). As the training place is in the house of Sensei and there is a pre-screening of the members who will compose the table of students we end up feeling part of the same family.
In this martial art we learn techniques of unarmed and armed combat (stick, spear, pencil [yawara], sword ...) that contribute to physical and mental health.
