★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma academia completa, convenientemente instalada em no Shopping Colinas.
Dá pra dizer que é quase um clube, guardadas as devidas restrições, em relação a custo e espaço.
Ótimos equipamentos, com manutenção sempre em dia, e funcionários sempre cordiais.
Nada disso tem muito valor se não tiver profissionais dedicados e competentes, e eu diria que isso é o que a academia tem de melhor. Deve ter um programa de seleção ou de treinamento muito bem elaborado, pois percebe-se que há excelência e dedicação por parte deles, ao menos de todos os que tive contato... Dos professores com os quais tive contato, nenhum deles deixou a desejar... Vinícius, André Orsolino (o melhor spinning que já fiz), Bárbara, Marcelo Vinycius, Mariana Zaitune. Certamente há os outros, com os quais não tive contato, e que devem ter o mesmo nível de profissonalismo...

None of this is of much value if you do not have dedicated and competent professionals, and I would say that this is the best that the academy has to offer. There must be a very well designed selection or training program, as it is clear that there is excellence and dedication on the part of them, at least of all those I had contact with ... Of the teachers with whom I had contact, none of them left anything to be desired. ... Vinícius, André Orsolino (the best spinning I've ever done), Bárbara, Marcelo Vinycius, Mariana Zaitune. Certainly there are others, with whom I had no contact, and who must have the same level of professionalism ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração é fraca e pouco flexível para atender os clientes. Os profissionais da musculação são muito bons mas o espaço é limitado e os equipamentos são como o de qualquer academia low cost. É uma versão vazia e mais cara da smartfit
Management is weak and inflexible in serving customers. The weight training professionals are very good but space is limited and the equipment is like any low cost gym. It's an empty and more expensive version of smartfit

Aparenta ter uma muito boa estrutura, limpo, as técnicas da natação infantil são muito dedicadas.
Os equipamentos são de primeira linha e tem uma quantidade incrível de atividades disponíveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Cia Athetica em São José dos Campos no shopping colinas no dia 18/02/22 por volta das 15:00h e quem me atendeu foi a consultora Jessica Francisco a qual já havia feito um atendimento péssimo pelo WhatsApp. Ela chegou de maneira extremamente grosseira e arrogante me passou outros preços e disse que só havia convênio com escolas boas e empresas boas, que colocam preços altos justamente quando acham que a pessoa não tem o perfil da academia! Detalhe que o plano era para minha filha de 5 anos! Jamais confiaria minha filha naquele lugar, se destratam a mãe imagina a filha! Fui presencialmente para entender qual era o preço certo pois sempre passam preços bemmmm variados! Em resposta além do que foi dito ( como se precisasse de mais ) ela me disse que os valores aumentam conforma vai passando o mês e ela passa o valor que quiser dentro da tabela.
Mereciam um boletim de ocorrência por serem tão preconceituosos! Jamais vou expor minha filha a essas pessoas! E vou fazer com que todos saibam! Para meu marido passam o dobro do valor! Um absurdo! Show de horrores! Vocês deveriam treinar melhor os funcionários! Deveriam se envergonhar de passarem uma experiência tão péssima ao cliente! Não faço e nem colocaria minha filha em nenhuma cia athetica do Brasil!
I was at Cia Athetica in São José dos Campos at the Colinas mall on 02/18/22 around 3:00 pm and the consultant Jessica Francisco had already provided terrible service via WhatsApp. She arrived in an extremely rude and arrogant way, gave me other prices and said that there was only agreement with good schools and good companies, who charge high prices precisely when they think the person doesn't have the academy profile! Detail that the plan was for my 5 year old daughter! I would never trust my daughter in that place, if they mistreat the mother, imagine the daughter! I went in person to understand what the right price was because they always have very different prices! In response to what was said (as if she needed more) she told me that the values increase as the month goes by and she passes the value she wants inside the table.
They deserved a police report for being so prejudiced! I will never expose my daughter to these people! And I'll let everyone know! For my husband they are twice the price! An absurdity! Freak show! You should train the employees better! They should be ashamed of themselves for having such a bad customer experience! I do not and would not put my daughter in any athetica company in Brazil!
