★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior experiencia da minha vida, acabaram de vender a NIVEL A unidade Washington Luis n-3080, para a Black Fit e recebi uma mensagem via Whatsapp informando que os novos proprietários, simplesmente não iriam continuar o meu contrato e bonos, mas o engraçado foi que descontaram todos os meus cheques!!! ou seja me roubaram um total de 13 meses. e ainda fui tratado que nem um lixo. agora estou gastando com advogados para provar o roubo e reaver meus direitos...
se alguém quiser um conselho, NÃO FAÇAM NENHUM CONTRATO COM ELES!!! SÉRIOS RISCOS DE SEREM ROUBADOS!!!
worst experience of my life, they just sold NIVEL The Washington Luis n-3080 unit, for Black Fit and I received a message via Whatsapp informing them that the new owners would simply not continue my contract and bonuses, but the funny thing was that cashed all my checks !!! in other words, they stole a total of 13 months. and I was still treated like trash. now i'm spending on lawyers to prove the theft and get my rights back ...
if anyone wants advice, DO NOT DO ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM !!! SERIOUS RISKS OF BEING STOLEN !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACADEMIA DE CARÁTER DUVIDOSO. NÃO RECOMENDO. Cancelei minha matricula. Paguei 30% do valor restante, eles me prometeram estornar um valor estabelecido em 3 parcelas. NUNCA ME DEPOSITARAM NADA.
Doubtful Academy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I canceled my registration. I paid 30% of the remaining amount, they promised to reverse a set amount in 3 installments. They never deposited me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a mudança para Black Fit a qualidade no atendimento caiu demais. Os instrutores são despreparados, com má vontade em atender e há uma grande rotatividade de profissionais. O ar condicionado está sempre quebrado. Só continuei porque não há academia mais perto da minha casa.
After switching to Black Fit, the quality of care dropped too much. The instructors are unprepared, unwilling to attend and there is a high turnover of professionals. The air conditioning is always broken. I only continued because there is no gym closer to my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galera quer pagar barato e ter todos os benefícios de uma academia TOP. Não é a melhor academia que já treinei e realmente é uma pena que falte uma administração capaz de manter a academia como uma referência do bairro, pq o ponto é excelente e tem mercado para isso. De qquer forma, para mim ela é suficiente e não tenho do que reclamar.
Guys want to pay cheap and have all the benefits of a TOP gym. It's not the best gym I've ever trained and it's really a shame that there is a lack of management able to keep the gym as a neighborhood reference, because the point is excellent and there's a market for it. Anyway, it's enough for me and I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerente desonesto! Minha mãe frequentava a academia e teve que cancelar o plano depois de um mês de uso. O contrato dizia claramente que ela seria ressarcida (sob uma multa de 20% claro) mas até agora não aconteceu. Ela já tentou várias vezes contactar o gerente mas ele sempre está indisponível e uma vez ela até conseguiu encontra-lo e ele disse que não se lembrava do caso dela! Estranho que ele mesmo fez as contas e disse que encaminharia o cancelamento para a contabilidade. Tudo era pra ter se resolvido no máximo em 30 dias segundo ele próprio mas já se passaram três meses e nada. Minha mãe ainda está sendo obrigada a pagar por um serviço que ela não está usando.
Dishonest manager! My mom used to go to the gym and had to cancel the plan after a month of using it. The contract clearly stated that it would be reimbursed (under a clear 20% fine) but so far it has not happened. She has tried several times to contact the manager but he is always unavailable and once she even managed to find him and he said he did not remember her case! Strange that he did the math himself and said he would forward the cancellation to the accounting. Everything was supposed to be solved in a maximum of 30 days according to himself but three months have passed and nothing. My mom is still being forced to pay for a service she is not using.

Eu fiz o plano anual e dividi as mensalidades no cartão de crédito. Mesmo sem prestar os serviços a mensalidade vem descontada na fatura do meu cartão. Eu já tentei entrar em contato por diversos meios mas sem sucesso.
