★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei recentemente a academia e já estou gostando muito. Ela se diferencia de grande parte das academias, pois a personal (gisela) é muito atenciosa e prestativa. A recepcionista Débora também é muito simpática. Academia bem estruturada e não é tão lotada por ser de bairro. Recomendo!
I recently started the gym and I'm enjoying it a lot. It differs from most gyms, as the personal (gisela) is very attentive and helpful. The receptionist Débora is also very friendly. Well-structured gym and it's not so crowded because it's from the neighborhood. I recommend!

The instructors are helpful, kind and attentive. The place is clean and it's following all the restrictions regarding pandemic. Masks are mandatory everytime and you have to clean your place after working out.
The equipment are not new, however they're absolutely in great shape and maintenance.
There is a pillates studio Very well equipped which is charged apart from the gym.
You can train cardio in bikes and treadmills or in functional gymnastics circuit, all inclusive in the regular monthly payment.
