★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente bem atendida, desde o contato telefônico com a Larissa, a Recepção com o Leandro e o Treino com o Professor Bruno. Academia extremamente limpa e bem estruturada, mas o atendimento e a atenção no treino é realmente diferenciado. Fui para uma aula teste e fechei o plano de 1 ano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo a academia era ótima. Depois de várias gerências e coordenadores a academia parece que ficou presa aos padrões “temos isso ficamos com isso”. Vêm perdendo qualidade em todas as áreas.
At first the gym was great. After several managements and coordinators, the academy seems to have stuck to the “we have this, we keep this” standards. They are losing quality in all areas.

É uma academia que se mostra bem interessante em sua estrutura, com um espaço grande, Padaria Copacabana dentro e uma agência de turismos. Mas fiquei surpresa e decepcionada por uma academia deste porte ter aparelhos tao antigos e custar mensal media de 300$.
Os professores não dão muita conta no quesito atenção para os alunos, haviam dois no momento.
Poderiam fazer uma reestruturação. Isso me incomodou um pouco e decidi escolher outra academia para treinar. Uma SMARTFIT tem aparelhos melhores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOJE não tenho do que reclamar e tenho certeza que 95% (pq nunca conseguiremos agradar 100% das pessoas) dos alunos tem a mesma opinião que a minha.
Estou na Edge há aproximadamente 8 anos e hoje não escolheria outra academia.
Uns anos atrás para você conseguir conversar com o coordenador precisava ficar sentada na porta da academia e mesmo assim ele fugia ( no caso ela) hoje tem o Gusmão que é muito acessível e solicito com todos os alunos.

A parte de musculação possui muitos aparelhos, mas que poderiam ser trocados e atualizados para novos e/ou serem restaurados. Meu ponto a destacar são os professores, que pouco instruem ou prestam atenção em você, com exceção da Samantha que faz questão de acompanhar o aluno, corrigir posturas e garantir a execução assertiva do exercício. o destaque fica para as aulas livres como pilates e zumba assistidos pelo professor Raphael.
The gym is quite large, with a good infrastructure and organization. The bodybuilding part has many devices, but they could be exchanged and upgraded to new ones and/or be restored.
