Good snack, but the service is terrible !! Rude attendants, while choosing my order, one of them took the menu so rudely even though I saw that I was still choosing a snack, while the other was rushing me to choose. HORRIBLE service !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanches extremamentes deliciosos, Pedi um Special Burguer no qual da três opções de escolha de hambúrguer pedi um Iron Maiden, o acompanhamento escolhi tem três opções escolhi batata com cheddar e bacon e suco. Vale muito a pena. Minha única reclamação é na demora no atendimento no caixa, mas o preparo do lanche foi rápido. Amei, e lembrando que as opções em geral mudam da unidade de hamburgueria seja em tamanho ou quantidade de opções mas isso reflete no preço também que fica mais barato.
Extremely delicious snacks, I ordered a Special Burguer in which of the three hamburger options I ordered an Iron Maiden, the accompaniment I chose has three options I chose potatoes with cheddar and bacon and juice. It's really worth it. My only complaint is the delay in service at the checkout, but the preparation of the snack was quick. I loved it, and remembering that the options in general change from the hamburger unit either in size or quantity of options but this also reflects in the price, which is cheaper.

Eu comi o hambúrguer com queijo camembert empanado e achei bem gostoso! Comi também as Buffalo Wings, que não são tão boas quanto algumas que eu já comi, embora o molho de acompanhamento seja ótimo. Há também diferentes opções de batatas e milk-shakes. Os preços também são mais altos que a média da praça do Shopping Tucuruvi, mas condizentes com a qualidade oferecida. Uma ótima nova opção no Shopping Tucuruvi!
The options offered in the menu are different from the other chains in the same food court, in that they use better quality ingredients. I ate the hamburger with breaded camembert cheese and found it very tasty! I also ate the Buffalo Wings, which are not as good as some I've had, although the side sauce is great. There are also different options for potatoes and milkshakes. Prices are also higher than the average for Shopping Tucuruvi square, but in line with the quality offered. A great new option at Shopping Tucuruvi!

Hoje fui conhecer uma hambúrgueria localizada na pça de alimentação do shopping Tucuruvi.
A matriz fica em Guarulhos/SP.
Acabei pedindo o Combo Ultra Rock • blend ultrasmash 80g, queijo prato e mato da casa no pão de brioche + 1 entrada peq + 1 coca de vidro 250ml. Por $26,9
Os lanches são rápidos, quentes, suculentos e molhos deliciosos.
Excelente ponto da carne, o hambúrguer e as batatas estava uma delícia.
Percebe que são produtos de qualidade e as combinações muito boas, principalmente a maionese da casa com leve sabor de alho.
Acabei comprando a parte, uma porção pequena de batata chips fries acompanhada com cheddar $9,9 e 1 Milkshake de ovomaltine $19,7.
Meu filho, um apreciador de milkshake de chocolate, disse que estava muito bom!!!
Adoramos a experiência no Black Burguer, que acabei comprando outro hambúrguer para viagem.
Recomendo a experiência!!!

Today I went to visit a hamburger shop located in the food court of the Tucuruvi shopping mall.
The headquarters is in Guarulhos / SP.
I ended up ordering the Combo Ultra Rock • 80g ultrasmash blend, cheese plate and house weed on brioche bread + 1 small starter + 1 250ml glass coke. For $ 26.9
The snacks are quick, hot, juicy and delicious sauces.
Excellent meat spot, the burger and the potatoes were delicious.
He realizes that they are quality products and very good combinations, especially the house mayonnaise with a mild garlic flavor.
I ended up buying the part, a small portion of French fries accompanied with $ 9.9 cheddar and 1 $ 19.7 ovomaltine milkshake.
My son, a chocolate milkshake lover, said it was very good !!!
We love the experience at the Black Burguer, where I ended up buying another hamburger to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e a qualidade dos lanches são bons, mas a cozinha do restaurante é uma bagunça. Pedimos dois lanches um sem cebola e o outro sem molho e nenhum dois foi retirado dos lanches, e quando pedimos pra trocar o lanche que veio com cebola, a cozinha apenas raspou a cebola muito mal raspada, deixando alguns pedaços de cebola ainda. Tivemos que voltar e solicitar novamente que o problema fosse corrigido. Enquanto estávamos lá, uma moça também precisou voltar para reclamar que seu lanche havia sido entregue sem o cheddar, por isso entendo que esse tipo de problema deve ser recorrente.
The service and quality of the snacks are good, but the restaurant's kitchen is a mess. We ordered two snacks one without onion and the other without sauce and neither two were removed from the snacks, and when we asked to change the snack that came with onion, the kitchen just scraped the onion very badly scraped, leaving some pieces of onion still. We had to go back and ask again for the problem to be fixed. While we were there, a lady also had to come back to complain that her lunch had been delivered without the cheddar, so I understand that this type of problem must be recurring.
