★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível nas duas vezes que fui à unidade do Shopping Tucuruvi. Na primeira, reforcei inúmeras vezes que queria raiz forte e ao chegar em casa, não haviam mandado. Na segunda e última, vi clientes esperando um tempão por conta dos funcionários sobrecarregados entre pedidos dos clientes do shopping e Ifood. Comi com raiva ao ver a quantidade de pedidos de delivery se acumulando e não saindo para entrega. Sem contar que os entregadores comiam em meio aos pedidos embalados. Na foto que coloquei, um deles já havia feito um bolinho pra caber na mochila. Saíram com um total de doze pedidos acumulados e 40 minutos após a liberação do primeiro pedido.
Horrible both times I went to the Shopping Tucuruvi unit. In the first, I reinforced numerous times that I wanted horseradish and when I got home, they had not ordered. In the second and last, I saw customers waiting a long time because of the overloaded employees between orders from the mall customers and Ifood. I ate with anger when I saw the amount of delivery orders piling up and not going out for delivery. Not to mention that the delivery people ate in the middle of packed orders. In the photo I posted, one of them had already made a cupcake to fit in his backpack. They left with a total of twelve orders backlogged and 40 minutes after the first order was released.
