O rapaz que me atendeu foi super educado, me explicou tudo de uma maneira bastante profissional e o melhor de tudo é que, além do serviço ser de primeira, eles possuem um atendimento diferenciado. Você vê que eles são bastante profissionais, mas eles não te dão aquele atendimento carrancudo que você recebe na concessionária. Fazem você se sentir em casa e são certeza de um serviço bem prestado, de qualidade e com um preço fenomenal. Eu recomendo a todos que querem colocar insul film no carro, é sem dúvida, a melhor instalação que já fizeram em um carro meu até hoje. Pude ficar a vontade enquanto a instalação era feita. os dois rapazes foram super rápidos e com isso eu não perdi o meu dia, porque é muito chato você precisar fazer um serviço no carro e a pessoa ficar enrolando você. Lá não, foi bem rápido e bastante profissional, vou indicar pros meus amigos e semana que vem vou levar o carro da minha namorada pra colocar tabém, agora sou cliente fiel, é difícil arranjar alguem de confiança hoje em dia pra mexer no seu carro, seja insul film ou uq for, lá é garantia de qualidade e profissionalismo, certeza que seu carro está nas mãos de pessoas honestas e acima de tudo profissionais, são muito bons no que fazem, e o fazem muito rápido. Eu recomendo pra todo mundo que quer colocar.

Após esse erro liguei para a empresa acordando o novo valor e nesse momento agendei a instalação do insulfilm. Acontece que no dia da instalação ( 01/10/2021) foram até a minha residência e disseram que não realizariam o trabalho pois o trabalho era perigoso, para realizar o trabalho teriam que retirar todos os vidros e que os custos seriam outro. O que fiquei surpreso foi que o orçamentista, com 12 anos de experiência , havia me dito quando esteve in loco em minha residência que era um trabalho rotineiro. Infelizmente busquei uma empresa sem estrutura e desonesta. Nota zero.

Unfortunately I looked for an unstructured and dishonest company. Grade zero.
