★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No domingo fiz uma compra de um climatizador na loja das Casas Bahia no Boulevard Shopping, em bh/mg.O produto não atende a minha demanda, hoje fui devolvê-lo após dois dias e uma tentativa de uso apenas, praticamente intacto. Mas a Casas Bahia se recusa a lidar com a responsabilidade pela qualidade dos produtos que vende. Gostaria de entender essa postura e como podem solucionar esse problema. Não estou satisfeita com a compra, estava disposta a substituir por um outro produto ainda mais caro, mas esse atendimento é desestimulante.
 On Sunday I made a purchase of an air conditioner at the Casas Bahia store on Boulevard Shopping, in bh/mg. The product does not meet my demand, today I returned it after two days and only one attempt to use it, practically intact. But Casas Bahia refuses to take responsibility for the quality of the products it sells. I would like to understand this posture and how they can solve this problem. I am not satisfied with the purchase, I was willing to substitute another product even more expensive, but this service is discouraging.
