★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais altamente despreparados. Serviço horrível. Pedi uma lavagem e eles fizeram mal feita. Na segunda vez pedi uma lavagem quente, se negaram. Não sei como essa empresa tá funcionando há mais de 5 anos. Minha indicação para todos é procurar sempre qualquer outra lavanderia, menos essa.
Highly unprepared professionals. Horrible service. I asked for a wash and they did it poorly. The second time I asked for a hot wash, they refused. I don't know how this company has been operating for more than 5 years. My recommendation for everyone is to always look for any other laundry, except this one.

Chegando meia hora a mais do horário marcado para entregar as minhas peças de roupas ainda não estavam prontas, fiquei aguardando as funcionárias separar minhas peças , na hora de pagar a atendente queria me cobrar o valor de lavar e passar sendo que eu só deixei para lavagem ,depois apareceu outra funcionaria que vi que o valor estava errado. chegando em casa vejo que veio uma toalha que não era a que eu tinha deixado, imediatamente voltei na lavanderia e viram que a toalha colocaram errada, a mesma funcionária que fez isso se quer pediu desculpa, outra funcionária que se desculpou.
Atendimento péssimo do começo ao fim.
Não recomendo essa lavanderia a ninguém.

Arriving half an hour more than the scheduled time to deliver my clothes, they weren't ready yet, I waited for the employees to separate my pieces, when I was paying the attendant wanted to charge me the cost of washing and ironing, and I only left them for washing. ,then another would work that I saw that the value was wrong. when I got home I saw that a towel came that was not the one I had left, I immediately went back to the laundry and they saw that the towel was wrong, the same employee who did this if she even apologized, another employee who apologized.
Terrible service from beginning to end.
I don't recommend this laundry to anyone.
It was the first and last I entered this laundry.
